  1. I used to get that with the Typhoon because I hadn't read the 'read me' . I think it's something to do with adding a component with the 'fake pilot' method but I'm getting out of my depth here and haven't got my water wings on. Man overboard!

  3. Great work so far Ed.
  4. Return to base?
  5. Why not do it yourself? MiGBuster did an excellent tutorial on doing the conversion - I think it's in the SF2 Knowledge Base.
  6. Tres bien Carlo!

  10. View File [Fictional] BAC F-112B Lightning BAC F-112B Lightning for Strike Fighters 2 This is a simple mod of the stock BAC (English Electric) Lightning F.3 from Expansion Pack 2 to make a fictional F-112B interceptor in service with the USAF in the 1964 to 1984 timeline. 'What if' markings for two units are included; 1. 57th Fighter Interceptor Squadron - Based at Keflavik, Iceland. 2. 186th Fighter Interceptor Squadron - Montana ANG. INSTRUCTIONS 1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the F-112B folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the F-112B folder into your Decals folder. That's it! CREDITS As always, thanks to Third Wire for a great little game/sim. And, finally, thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community. 13. Yep, and still is. Eagerly awaited.
  14. Just a postscript to my download issues. After another frustrating 20+ failed attempts at downloading a single aircraft file I've installed Google Chrome and it whizzed through in seconds. I still like browsing in IE though.
  15. Outrageous! :clapping:
  16. One flight, one word - awesome! BTW had no idea the wing was variable incidence.

  19. dk1257's astonishingly good KF2 includes this IDF style skin (although without IDF markings). A suitable Hebrew name would be good - any thoughts?
  20. Great work and a nice follow up to your KF1.
  21. Meanwhile over in the SF1 download section...
  22. MBB-BAe Firefly GR.1 - No.33 Squadron, Royal Air Force, 1992 Russouk2004's lovely Firefly in a (hopefully) 'softer' splinter scheme.
  23. Yeah, I've given them (the S.2B and the S.2D) a quick shakedown flight this morning and they're alright, with a nice pit and nice skins (haven't looked at them all yet but they seem to cover all the basics).
  24. I've hammered mine for three years now and with a dust cloth wipe it looks like new. Just wish it had a few more buttons, even another two would do.
  25. Convair 201's Julhelm's VFAX contender.
