  2. Er, obviously. But I am, of course, on about self-made decals like my RAF 'Thinstrip' decals or those that daddyairplanes is making.
  3. A simple tip for checked or patterned fintip (or finstripe) markings is to use the Reverse=TRUE statement on one side of the fin/rudder.
  4. Handley-Page Helena C.3 - No.32 Squadron, Royal Air Force, 1990.
  5. McDonnell Douglas Phantom FG.1 - No.31 Squadron, RN/RAF 'Joint Force Phantom', 1976
  6. Thanks EricJ. It's a WIP made all the more easier by your templates. Note to self - Give your aircrew ejection seats. lol
  7. LOL this takes me back. One of the best features about SF2 is not having to use the weapons editor.
  8. Can't you go back to the GR.1 LOD??
  9. "Er, perhaps you'd like to pull-up now" McDonnell Douglas Hornet GR.4 - No.31 'Goldstar' Squadron, RAF Middle East Command, 2009
  10. A huge thank you for this outstanding body of work.
  11. LOL. They did give the C5 site a certain earthy charm.
  12. Everything works in SF2*. There's nothing in the SF1 section that's out of bounds! *This statement may not be actually true but it's a good principle to work to.
  13. http://combatace.com/files/file/8548-british-isles-terrain-beta-04/ It's listed as a beta but I seemed to get on OK with it although it's not in my current install... yet.
  14. Thanks mate. There is a British Isles terrain by Baltika in the SF1 downloads somewhere. What I like about it is that there is snow on the higher ground where you'd expect it (Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia, Lake District) and it covers the Emerald Isle.
  15. Somewhere over the North Sea...
  16. There's a few here! Put Tu-95 in search and make sure you set to downloads.
  17. (What If's as 800NAS was a Buccaneer and Sea Harrier unit)

  19. Beautifully presented Gustav!

  21. For reference, in the game the stock F-4M achieves Mach 1.9 at 15,000m (just had a go). Getting from 1.6 to 1.9 takes ages, even at x8!!!
  22. I haven't looked at SD's B templates yet (the E templates were outstanding) but, off the top of my swede, the nozzles might be different (shorter petals on the B) but you can easily splice in those from the Third Wire 'J'. When you've finished each template 'copy visible' and 'save as' (FOR EXAMPLE) F-4J_x.BMP Edit: Apart from aerials and RHAW differences the 'J' also had slotted stabilators and deeper wingroot 'wheel well' bulges.
  23. Out of interest what will a stock (J79) Phantom do at the same altitude?
