In my WW2 paratrooper mission that i am creating, i cant seem to get any enemy weapons to fire at me, you know like flak guns, i dont know how to get them to fire at me, and its party because they are not present on the map when i fly, even if i fly over an enemy airbase, nothing. Also, i was wondering if anyone knew how to get all my aircraft to drop there troops over a position. Im creating a WW2 paratrooper mission involving lots of ships, lots of troops, and lots of C47's.

I think your fireing to close, also the enemy manouvers out the way, try shooting when your at a distance of 4-5nm with your sidewinder. And with the sparrow i think it comes into range at around 13nm but i choose to fire when im at 11nm. Hope this helps

Well as you can see from the title i am creating a new WW2 paratrooper drop mission based on the mission that happened in Normandy a few hours before the D-DAY landings. Anyway i am in need of some assistance, i cant seem to get all of the C-47's to drop the troops when they are flying over the Drop zone (DZ) and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get them to drop the paratroopers off as they fly over the DZ. Cheers for your help.

I will either Join the 101st Airborne, or join the RAF as a hurricane pilot. And if all else fails, i will just kick my feet up in a bombshelter and wait it out seems like a good plan

WOW, Quite a few things to say really, 1. Ive never seen so many wheels or engines on an aircraft 2. Its got a navy destroyer turret on the bottom! 3. I like the way they have shown the Nazi's as being able to create flying saucers 4. ITS BIG!

I have vista too, but i get an alright frame rate, this does the trick for me, close down any other programmes you are running, then go into the grapics settings and change the things you dont really take any notice of down to low, and insted of having things set on unlimited, just put them on high, it did wonders for me, and even if you still have a low frame rate issue, then you can turn off your mirrors, i mean, i hardly use them anyway. Put things like the terrain and water effects on low. As i said before this helped alot with my Frame rate issue that i had. Hope this works for you mate. Scouserlad13

I can beat you there, having to move away from all my friends 1 day after my final exam to Australia. It was really hard, oh and not to mention that fact that i missed out on my Prom by 1 week and spending my 16th birthday with my friends by 3 days. So yeah, that was really really crap.

Title says it all really, and i was wondering if you fine people here at combatace could lend me a hand. What i was trying to do was make the Hercules C130-E carry either a Jeep or paratroopers. And i managed to do that, but say even if i have 12 paratroopers in a hercules, it just blows up on the runway when i go to take off. You dont take pics, all you have to do is fly over the specified zone and thats it mission complete. If you really want to take pics just do a screenshot as you fly past, it wont make any difference what so ever, but your more than welcome to do it. And hey, if you get a good screenshot as you fly past, post it on here
