Hi everyone, Here are three skins for WOI MiG-21MF. They are based on one of the original TW skins but these skins give more styles of this camo. I think it adds character to the planes. I did not add the decals.ini/texture.ini files to the skin because I think it could be fun to let people choose what nationality they want to use the skins for. These skins can be used for Syrian, Egyptian, Iraqi or any other Mid-East used of the MiG-21MF. Drop the skins in the plane's folder and use whatever decals/texture files you want with them. P.S. These skins can be used in WOE,WOV as well as in SF2. Have fun!

  3. I don't know how I did it, but all the Israeli squadron badges are mixed up in my WOI. All the decals are correct, all the decal.ini files are correct, it just put the wrong badge on the airplane in-game. For example a 140sq badge on a 117sq plane etc. I have no idea how this happened. It was fine just yesterday and today it's all messed up. What file I should fix and how? Thanks, Eyal
  4. Happy Birthday ekek

Thank you my friends! Being 32 is a lot harder than being 31... lol Cheers!
  5. Well, I hope it's not a re-post. I've never seen so many pictures of contemporary SyAAF equipment. http://luftwaffeas.blogspot.com/ MiG-29, Su-22, Su-24, MiG-23 etc. First time I'm seeing these pictures.
  6. I think the last actual dogfight was in 1985. Since then, I don't think there was anything. I heard some stories of a dogfight over the Mediterranean between the IAF and Syrian Mig-29's in 2001 but there's no confirmation to this. I assume that if it was true, we would hear about it through official channels. You can read about this here: http://s188567700.on...d=196&Itemid=47 Interesting reading material, although probably science fiction. lol
  7. Personally I'm not surprised that the media is not really covering the events in Israel in the last few weeks. I live in the USA right now and whenever that poor family was butchered in the middle of the night, I actually looked for any coverage and couldn't find it in local media. Whenever I did find a short segment about it, it was portrayed as an "alleged terror attack". This morning i saw a coverage of the bomb in Jerusalem and again, the event was named an "alleged terror attack" or "military and police sources suggest it's a terror attack but the investigation goes on". The world is busy with bigger problems like Japan and Libya and there's no time for minor events like whats happening in Israel. On the other hand, a smart strategist might suggest that this is the right time to do things that in other times you can't do because of the immediate attention every Israeli action get. P.S. There's no need to justify Israel's actions to anyone who's not involved. Most minds are already set anyway. If you know you're right, because of experience or knowledge, who can tell you that you're wrong? Someone who bases his opinion on foreign media and rumors? not worth it.

This is a minor addition to TW original MiG-21MF skin. I just added the red eagle head decal to the skin to portray an Egyptian plane from the 70's. I really don't know how many planes carried this symbol or when, but i would like to think that it saw action at least in 1973. Just drop the skin in the airplane folder, and the decals in your decals folder and fly away.
  9. I've been waiting for this for so long! Already made accurate serials and decals months ago when the IIN mod came out. Excellent job! p.s. should change the Data.ini file name to the folder name. Otherwise the game wont recognize the mod.
  10. Here are my Libyan Mirage F-1's. I used the excellent Moroccan skin as a base with some tweaks.
  11. Hi all, I've created a skin for a Saudi tornado (grey lo-viz) and I have a weird problem. When I use the Tornado_GR.LOD, the decals show just fine. When I use the Tornado_IDS.LOD, the decals don't show at all. The skin itself shows just fine on both LOD's. All the paths in the decals.ini file are correct. It's an issue with the LOD files but I dont know how to solve it. Thanks.
  12. It's working!!! Thank you so much. Now I'm trying to find some accurate serial numbers and then the skin will be out (-:
  13. These are the coordinates that work with the GR.1 LOD: [Decal001] MeshName=Tail DecalLevel=2 DecalFacing=RIGHT Reverse= FilenameFormat=Tornado_IDS_SDG\RSAFGrey\D\stn Position=-4.55,1.50 Scale=0.80 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal002] MeshName=Tail DecalLevel=2 DecalFacing=LEFT FilenameFormat=Tornado_IDS_SDG\RSAFGrey\D\stn Position=-4.55,1.50 Scale=0.80 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal003] MeshName=Nose DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=RIGHT Reverse= FilenameFormat=Tornado_IDS_SDG\RSAFGrey\D\RSAFLONG Position=4.42,-0.78 Scale=1.68 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal004] MeshName=Nose DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=LEFT FilenameFormat=Tornado_IDS_SDG\RSAFGrey\D\RSAFLONG Position=4.42,-0.78 Scale=1.68 DecalMaxLOD=3 I want to use the IDS LOD because that is a more accurate representation of a Saudi Tornado. Some minor details are different. Here is the skin on the GR.1 LOD: The decals are the serial number on the tail and the "Royal Saudi Air Force" writing on the nose just behind the guns. They do not show on the IDS LOD. Everything else is a part of the skin itself. This is basically a "new" mod of the Tornado, so It can use Grey AIM-9 rails and better color fuel tanks. The rails work great with the ECR mod btw.
  14. The original Saudi mod was based on the GR.1. I replaced the LOD of the GR.1 with the IDS LOD (from the Italian mod from the DS campaign). The skin itself works on both LOD's and the DATA files of the Saudi and the Italian mods are identical. If the mesh names are different, I cant tell. Does anyone knows what mesh names I should use?
  15. Here are my skins for the TMF mirage F-1. They are converted from the original skins with some addition and a lot of color adjustments to represent Iraqi Mirage F1EQ's. I am currently working on the serial numbers and whenever I'll finish that, These skins will be posted.

  18. File Name: Israeli 105th squadron Kurnass skins File Submitter: ekek File Submitted: 24 December 2010 File Category: F-4 Phantom II Skins Here are two skins for TMF's late Kurnass (with the re-fueling probe). They represent the planes of the Israeli Air Force 105th squadron, displaying red and red/white arrows along the fuselage. Accurate serials are also included. I used the TMF Kurnass skin, and combined it with sundowner's skins from his Kurnass pack. There are also alternative fuselage and tail sections included. Drop the skins in the folder and have fun. 20. Here is one of my latest projects (soon to be released), Combining the Mirage Factory's skins and creating a more accurate IAF 105SQ skins for the stock TW Kurnass. After extensive research I also managed to find out more about the actual serial numbers of this squadron.
