My question deals with the depth of Strike Fighters, specifically what can and cannot be done with strike fighters.
How far or how many realistic functions can be added to SF? take the aircraft engines for example, can engine startup and shutdown be added? Can engines be reworked so that engine fires can be extinguished?
Beer is working on a carrier addon, can that carrier have taxing aircraft being cycled from the wires to the cats? can aircraft taxi themselves to the cats and hooked up for a launch?
Can a ejection sequence be created? (not an important feature, but is it possible)
These are only a few examples of questions, but how far/how much can SF be reworked before it hits a wall and a new code or sim must be drawn up?
