Thanks for the fix, it's still off when the gears are deployed, but looking mUCH better while in flight! -
Several years back a bunch of us from school flew to London for spring break. With 90% of us being pilots, we figured that if one of those unfortunate events happened, the a/c would crash due to the massive CG shift caused by all of us running foward.

Excellent model. I've got some kind of weird attactment problem with the gear door stations, but I'm digging into a fix:) Thanks for the model, havent' flown this since the days of Jane's Fighters Anthology! -
FC, your second point was the one of my concern, a big ass airbrake holding you back with all of that drag, especially on an untested engine & airframe.

Hmm, nothing like jeopardizing safety for public opinion. Then again the debate on securing vs. using the engine could go on for a bit as well...

While flying one morning this summer, tower gave me whiskey. Then shortly after it turned to x-ray. -
Haven't seen the Red Arrows yet, though they were in the area a few years ago. The Snowbirds put on a pretty good show, even if it isn't all 'zoom & boomb'. It's pretty impressive what they do with NINE aircraft.

I would think for an airlift a/c you're want something that you could load with minimal equipment. With the C-17, you've got drive up service, whereas the A-330 requires pallet loaders and other equipment.
