  3. As the years fly by 2020 is becoming too early an ‘end year’ for my main SF2 mods folder. So I’ve been busy creating a 2020 to 2050 stand alone install with just the aircraft and ground units that will serve past 2020. That’s where my F-35A/B international skin pack came from...

National markings are based on the way the RAM compatible markings have been done in real life on the Dutch and British F-35 aircraft. The squadrons I’ve chosen for the Dutch, Japanese, Royal Airforce and Royal Navy Lightning’s are the ones that will operate the Lightning first for those particular countries. I couldn’t find any information for the rest so I’ve taken an (un)educated guess. Includes the following skins: Level 1 Partners. 9. Wrench, do you have a good picture of it lol? F-35A Belgian Air Component 1ère Escadrille "Chardons": (I've also added the RAM 'butter' coating to the panel lines)
  10. Good spotting! lol. An old Hellenic skin was sitting in my F-35A folder and I re-did the skin and markings before I realised. I will split the skin pack into confirmed orders and 'interested countries'.
  11. Cheers guys :-) The one in the link doesn't have the dark grey RAM coating or light gray RAM markings so I will do one up for ya, I still have Danish and South Korean skins to do as well.

  13. Test flying the UK and KLU Lightning II
  14. So are you saying I may run into issues due to the data transfer speed (USB 2.0: 480Mbps)?
  15. So far no noticeable change in performance other than my PC's hard drive now has an extra 229 GB of space back.
  16. You could even do a modern upgraded version with a new radar, ECM and weapons etc maybe even an uprated engine...
  17. All right well I'll give it a go. I've just copied and pasted all my mods folders to the external hard drive and windows reckons its going to take three hours! This is why I do my SF2 back ups overnight lol
  18. Hay guys, A question for those with their SF2 mods folder in an external had drive connected via USB 2.0 Does it take any longer to start the game or cause any lags during a mission etc? I'm wondering if the data transfer through the USB cord might slow things down? I badly need to make some room on my c drive, its dam near full with all the add on stuff I've put in my mods folder over the last 6 years lol Cheers, Dan.
