Tragic, thoughts and prayers for all involved. Being in the military from any nation is a hazardous living. We train at a high level because it is a dangerous, when you train with war machines they are unforgiving. Train like you fight, fight like you train. Be safe people.

The VA went from almost being disbanded before the wars in the Middle East to getting tones of funds and expanding and is now back to what it was maybe worse 12+ years ago because of the volume of vets needing treatment. Thanks to battle field medicine wounded soldiers that would have died 20-30 years ago are living, don't get me wrong that's a good thing, but the VA needs some serious restructuring/help. Why not get help from other sources of medical clinics and or hospitals, and bill the VA?
