there are no add-on aircraft that are fly able. just FC.

Guys, he is here asking for help, it sounds like something is corrupted, or a bad install. are the migs you are installing the same ones, I mean from the same site?It does sound like someone has a bad install of the aircraft files.

I Liked Lock on until i played it and once you add the only add-on you get star forked on your system, plus it's a really good looking sim, but lacks the depth of Falcon 4 or Janes F-18. The Thirdwire family of sims are really good in that you can add-n and it doesn't have a steep learning curve. I pushing 200 hours in Falcon 4: Allied Force and while the learning curve is steep, and I unless I have a bunch of time I avoid ramp starts, Falcon 4 would get my vote if you want a sim that will push your mind, just like a real Falcon driver, and I added the High tiles terrain, I really liked that, along with some of the newer pits. Thirdwire I fly alot as they have the looks and the planes i want, Lock-On is now a coaster and will remain that way after the way they slipped star forked in it. Yes it's a pretty sim, but not nearly as hard as Falcon.

everyone must have the EXACT same aircraft, no one can have any that the others don't have. so if your friends don't have an aircraft you do, then thats your problem. If you want to fly MP using an add-on aircraft them tell your friends they have to have it also.

download the latest version of DX like EmlD said and that should cure your problem.

OK, I'm sure theres people that play together on line, BUT just because a few people have looked at your thread, doesn't mean they play any of the Third Wire sims. We cover alot of sims here. Just be patient and I'm sure several people will answer your question.I think they meet in hyperlobby, but I'm not sure.I play several sims on line but I don't play these much, unless i am flying with my squad mates, or I fly with the crew from Third Wire. Just be patient.

and one more thing, stick with it! This is a true sim, not an arcade game.The only sim that ever came close was Janes F/A-18. while you learn fly some missions in easy mode, that way you can still get a feel for it, but keep learning.You'll find it's well worth it.

I don't know what Real pilots have to endure, I would guess alot of time in say a F-6 and T-37 not to mention the class room. try this Pilot training page

ok, just a quick word, NEVER, NEVER EVER, try to figure a woman out. Secondly after that long together, she can read your mind, she doesn't need to see the surprise to know that you didn't get her what she really wants, but didn't tell you. This is a test, to see if you understand her, which is an accident waiting to happen. So just do what any man in your shoes would do, go to her and explain you're just a man and you need her help thinking, and ask her what she would really like.

This is a great sim, and the aircraft are top shelf. I still enjoy it. You can turn the settings all the way up and it doesn't bring even a mid range system to it's knees. I cut my on-line flying teeth in RB3D and I have ot say with FE, FS:SDOE and RB3D with a glide emulator I can get all the fun I want. I tried OFF and while i twas nice something just didn't set right with me, it is a great mod, and you can see that alot of work went into it and still is, but I just didn't get into it. Thanks, for my personal use, i have to use an Oneida bow(I'm under contract with them as a prostaff shooter), and i use a Thompson Center black diamond muzzle loader, for rifles i use a remington 700 BDL 30.06

I have been in that place before, as for the ground tiles, Hi-Tiles fixes that, they are one of the few add-ons i paid for and it was a super buy, I can change seasons,and the detail makes it a top notch game. be sure to check them out. I actually reloaded this sim, and it is still a favorite of mine.

Everything is real time, use the time acc. and enjoy the flight. it gives you a chance to work on your navigation and making sure you get to the target on time, your timing is very important in the campaign.

That depends on how deep you want to go, Falcon 4 is a hard core sim, I mean it has a very steep learning curve, if you want to learn all the systems. LOMAC is a sim-game, like was said earlier, not nearly as deep. Graphics in Lomac are much better, but if you get hi-tiles for Falcon, it is a very good looking sim. I have tried them both and I got rid of LOMAC, I still fly Falcon and have enjoyed it very much, I still do. Another option that was mentioned is The Strike Fighters series, there's so many add-ons for it, and they are for the most part free, and the level of detail is amazing. If you want the more modern aircraft then by far the one to choose is Wings over Europe, theres a Wings over Vietnam, and Strike Fighters:Project 1, and if you are into WW1 then First Eagles is the newest offering from TK. For me the choice was easy...the mighty F-4, in all her glory! I Don't know how much time you want to invest in learning, so I would suggest that you look at all the different options, also how much of a system you have is another thing to consider, LOMAC is very hardware intensive, Falcon isn't to bad, and the Thirdwire sims are much easier than Lomac, and the graphics can be tweaked to suit you on all of them.

After the release of my cookbook, which everyone MUST buy!!( I need a new gaming computer), I did a spot on the local week-end TV news show.I have to say I was really nervous, but live t.v. isn't what i though it would be at all. I had this picture of alot of people running every which way, and loads of cameras and cables, there was only 2 cameramen, a sound guy(who was really cool), the producer, and the weather guy who hosted the part I did.
