A Lebanese air force Hunter over Beirut! The first time ever I saw a lebanese plane in a flight sim! I love this sort of surprises!

There were a nice line of MiG-21. RIP Another straff It's hell on the ground As the first wave is flying back to Israel, the alarms are shouting on another base...

Great job on WoI! Attacking airbases and doing the campaign operation Moked are just... wow! crossing the cana Mmmmm....targets... Let's roll! Just like in history, only a few arab planes scrambled their way before it was too late Boum!

Did not meet them yet! I've also deal with MiG-19, but was before I managed to get nice graphics, and I was so... immerged into the fight that I forgot to take screenies!

I'm currently in a 6 days war campaign, so I'vn't see much of the new avionics. ;) Same thing for the -bis.

Here are some... 'scuze me for the low quality of pics, but it's the best my laptop can get with WoI. I'm eager to see the novelties of the game into WoE! :)

Will the campaign be expanded to post WOI eventual patch? I'd LOVE it! :)

My expectations are: no more sitting ducks bombers formations, decent wingmen who follow orders and are smart enough to engage ground targets... Hope it will be in!

An earlier campaign can be made more easily, as almost all planes are existing.

French speaking (so essentially french ones) specialised press and magazines have made a few issues on that bird. She was designes as a sort of concurrent for bireactor such as the F-15 and the Tornado. As the support for the plane by the french state disappaered following the oil crisis of 1979 and the subsequent economic crise in 1980's France, the project became "dassault only". The Mirage 2000 was at that time seen as a better solution: lighter, cheaper. But France will lack a true heavy and powerfull interceptor "F-15 like". Actually, the only hope for the plane was a saoudi contract (I have read, also of an Iraki interest), that may have triggered a french command and other exportations. Unfortunately, they didn't choose it, so the plane was eventually cancelled. I would like to see that bird in SF series! :yes:

Hi there! I just got IL2-1946 and I am wondering wether there are some must-download patches and/or mods for my new game? I'm quite used to the thirdwire Wings over somewhere series, so, I'm quite used to patches. Does IL2-1946 need some? Thanks!

Reminds me of such an occurence in a Fighter Anthology flight. I was shoot down by... a MBT!

Hi there! As I got WoV, I'm enjoying this campaign. Some thought: is it WAD that Aussies Mirages do not have drop tanks? - my MiG 29's are very, very, very sluggish... Not even supersonics - The postcombustion flame of the MiG-23 is not there.

Indeed, I often play in "long". I know that it's not recommanded in Harrier read me, so I usually set to normal. I may have forgotten this time. But thanks for the answer, gentlemen! Now, I'm aware that it comes from game engine and that I did not f..... up anything.
