FE2 has some changes to work better on modern hardware...........I would try offloading most of the word using an NVIDIA profile as said above........also some driver versions will work better than others.............but no idea which.

The Air Force has awarded the LRS-B contract to Northrop Grumman, manufacturer of the Air Force Global Strike Command‘s B-2 Spirit bomber. The service is expected to procure 100 airframes with a tentative target for IOC in the mid-2020s.

TW gave us some earlier versions without TCS & IRST (Iranian F-14 has none of that either) but you we still got a Data Link and IFF so pretty good overall.
