Malibu43, be aware that once you buy CFS3 you'll end up running on it OFF phases 1 and 2, which leads straight into WW1 marvel the OFF:BHAH is... at least so it was in my case recently CFS3 alone puzzles me... as it's in my opinion worse (as a sim) than IL2 family, I found out to my own surprise I played it more than IL2 all the years now. The only thing I may negate is the as JediMaster pointed out indeed outdated graphics engine (but I'd die to have such terrain engine in Thirdwire sims, with all the roads and rivers networks and mesh resolution...) Also there are full total conversion mods like MAW, PTO and ETO, that add and improve much over the out of the box version Please note that my opinion about CFS3 vs IL2 is from single-player only gamer. edit: as for OFF Phases 1 and 2 (you can skip the first one) they seem to be no longer available for download, but there's a DVD swapping at combatfs dot com (sticky on Cfs3 general discussion forum IIRC)

  9. Welcome Finally I ordered my copy of BHAH today, so I may come up with some noob questions in near future :yes: (how long does it takes, delivery to eastern Europe?) Call of Juarez was good shooter in my opinion, has some minor issues, but overall recommended if you like western theme. I'm modder from Thirdwire jet simulations forums here at CombatAce, the thing in my sig is from upcoming India-Pakistan mod I participate in.

  13. Hello It's Chrome engine developed by Techland (creators of COJ and COJ2), COJ used version 2.0 of this engine, COJ 2 uses updated one IIRC. And yes, all the games using this engine have a bit crappy character animations

  19. /warning: fanboy mode ON that alone are worth the money! /fanboy mode OFF But I understand your point of view, I was slightly disappointed when SF2 was released, mainly because of the "old" terrain (WOI has shown how great default terrain can look!), but then came the patch and SF2V, I simply could not resist Love the SF2:Europe ,also I hope FE2 with the advanced shaders enabled will run super-smooth on my not-so-fancy system

My old installs crashed and burned with my drive a month ago... now all I have left is Oct08 WOE, and India-Pakistan (also Oct08 WOE) rest is the new series, not merged, but I'm going to do a 4-titles merged install when SF2:Israel comes out. Also seeing there's a chance for good reworked prop FMs (AVHistory) I'll do a WW2 install too
