sorry i cant do an auto apply, so extract the files, than move the folder into c/program files/ wings over veitnam/objects/aircraft/talon and hit paste! it should work without removing the STEATH paintscheme, but it might move them around.

This is a bit of a knock off of the ISAF Su-37 default forest/splinter camo from Ace Combat 4. It's a bit rough but I've been busy of late, so gimme a break! Here's a "What-If" skin for if Canada chose the F-16 over the F-18 for our frontline fighter.
 
Based on the stock TMF Belgian Armed Forces skin, with some little tweaks to the skin itself and a new set of decals to create a CF-166. Check out the readme file for more info.
 
This skin is for the Mirage Factory F-16A Block 1 ADF. It's a great little jet!
 
for the squadron (414 Black Knights), add the following to your "Squadronlist.ini" in your "Pilotdata" folder. If you don't have it, extract it from the "FlightData.CAT" file in the "Flight" folder. Fill in xxx with the next number in the sequence.

Ps. This skin can be used also on the F-15 Active with a little tinkering. My F-15 Active is also working very well in SF2 Series Games.

This is a F-15E Euro skin for SF2 series games but also could be used in SF1 series if you just install the .BMP files.
 
Just copy and paste the .BMP files over one of your other set of .BMP files in SF1. Backup the original first in case you do not like it.
 
To install in SF2 just copy and paste the MO folder into your F-15E folder and Contents of the Decals folder into your Decals folder.
