    1. SF2 WW2 ETO P-51B Mustang Pak

-- Something for the WW2 ETO players --
      = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*Note: this mod pak is designed to REPLACE, in total, any other USAAF P-51B aircraft you have in your ETO-centric mods folders. You are advised to move, rename, delete or however you wish to do, to eliminate any Old Versions ™ you have.*

This is a FULL aircraft pak, with (pretty much) all the trimmings. This pack contains 2 new skin/decal sets...

355th FS, 354th FG "Pioneer Mustang Group"
      334th FS, 4th FG

Both carry the standard OD/Neutral Gray finish with white ID bands. SKins are in jpg format, and decal randomization is set to TRUE. When discoverable, some nose arts are available.
Many changes have been effected, they are listed in the 'ChangeLog', in the "Notes" section.
Weapons (ok, drop tanks), pilot figures are included, and a NEW engine engine sound. New versions of the 'box art' style Hangar and Loading screens, now fully SF2 compliant.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Wolfs original readmes, when discoverable, are included for historical purposes. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too.

    2. SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre Remod Pak
      = For SF2 ONLY, Full-4/5 Merged (Full-5 Reccomended/Preferred) =

A remod/compliation of several F-86F Skin/Ini paks, now fully compliant with SF2. If you have the originals, you'll probably want to delete them, as THIS pack is designed to FULLY replace it.
It is also suggested you be at the latest patch level, due to some ini 'switches' used.

This pak contains the following skin/decal sets:

      JASDF:
      1 Kokutai
      3 Kokutai
      6 Kokutai
      8 Kokutai

      Imperial Iranian AF
      Ethiopian AF
461st FDS, 50th FBW, USAFE 1956-ish (*note: in RL, was possbily -30 or -35)
and an extra 'blank' natural metal skin, that you can use for whatever.

      Included:
NEW SF2 compliant FM (from KAW)
New 'sabre specific' HVAR A-G rocket (station specific coded)
NEW cockpit (from the KAW F-86F)
      NEW Sounds (from KAW)
      'fake pilot' wing fences
tweeks by Crusader for the KAW Sabres (well done Otto!!)

All skins are in jpg format, and decal randomization is set to TRUE. The loadout ini uses the Year and Nation specific loadout switches for some of the export users, as defined in the enclosed Userlist.ini. Damage textures are the same DDS units as seen with the KAW Sabres. Other than the 'new' rocket, no other weapons are included, excepting the drop tank.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet semi-detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Also, please give the "Notes" section a read too.

    3. SF2 WW2 ETO P-47 Bubbletop Pak

-- Something for the WW2 ETO players --
      = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*There is a possibility that this mod may work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs. However due to the excessive modifications made to fit into the SF2 environment, not all features will be avaliable. As stated, reccomended for FUll-5 merged, as some decals referenced for the AdA skin use stock 3W decal callouts*
*Note X2: this mod is designed for use =ONLY= in the ETO envrionment. Specific versions for use in the MTO will be released seperatly, when required (and available!)*

Mods to Wolf257's P-47D Bubbletop Thunderbolt. This package "represents" mid production (-25) Jugs, of the 8th and 9th Air Forces, from the mid war to the end of the war time frame.
This is a FULL aircraft pak, designed to =REPLACE= any others you may have, with (pretty much) all the trimmings. This pack contains the following skin/decal sets:

63rd FS, 56th FG (NM only)
      62nd FS, 56th FG (Camo, w/Invasion Stripes
      377th FS, 362nd FG (NM, w/Invasion Stripes)
      GC II/5 "Lafayette" (Free French)

Decal randomization is TRUE, and the NEW skins are in Jpg format. Nose arts for some are included, and are 98.6% historically accurate for the USAAF sets.
Weapons (excpeting bombs), pilot figure, and engine sound are included. A New 'box art' style Hangar, now fully SF2 compliant, is included for your viewing pleasure. 2 different Loading Screens are included; you can switch them to whichever you like better!

Any changes that have been introduced, are listed in the 'ChangeLog', in the "Notes" section.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Wolfs original readmes, when discoverable, are included for historical purposes. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too. Please READ the 'To Install" section after unzipping, but BEFORE installing for an important note about possible conflicts with other Jug mods. And, as always, full credits for those who's eariler mods I "borrowed" from (ie: Major Lee).
*Remember, these LODs are very old, and are released in "as is" condition.*

    4. SF2 P-80 Shooting Star, World War 2: 1946 mod

      = For SF2 (Full4/5 Merged ONLY)
      - For WW2 ETO "Luft 46" & PTO "SWOTP" style installs -

**This mod will ONLY work in SF2 Game Installs.***

Mods to the KAW F-80 by ErikGen (re)create a "What If..." version for WW2:46 usage. This mod will REPLACE the version I built many years ago from the Pasko F-80. However, I DID reuse the decals (you all know how much I hate wasting good decals!!!), and actually had to remake a few. So, if you have the earlier 1stGen mod of Pasko's, you are instructed to delete the aircraft and decals folders. As stated, this replaces that one COMPLETLY!!

This is the complete aircraft, with almost everything you need! I didn't include any weapons (bombs, rockets, etc) other than the drop tank data inis, as the tanks are built into the aircraft LOD. The pilot figure you also should have already.
You'll find in this zip 3 skin and decal sets:

      ETO:
      336th FS 4th FG
487th FS, 352nd FG (Blue Nosed Bastards of Bodney)

      PTO:
416th Fighter Group (74 aircraft!!!) -historically, the furst unit to field them, post-war.

Given the "What If.." nature of the mod, the start service date is listed as April, 1945. This makes the assumption (oh!! that word!!) the Normandy landings did NOT succeed, and more jets were appearing in Luftwaffe service. So, 8th Fighter Command rushed into service the P-80A Shooting Star to counter them.
Same can be said for the PTO version; based on Okinawa for Operation Olympic, they can reach Kyushu fairly easily.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! Also, the "Notes" section for other important stuff of interest.

      Happy Landings!

*yes, even though 6 P-80s were touring Europe and the Med in 1945, they were NOT operationaly used. Given the speculative nature of the mod, it has been placed here, in "The What If.." hangar, and not into the WW2 aircraft downloads section. Enjoy!*

    5. SF2 WW2 Focke Wulf P.II Jet Fighter by Timmy - A What If Luft '46 Mod

-- Something for the WW2 ETO players --
      = For SF2, Full-4/5 Merged ( Full-5 Reccomended/Preferred) =

*There is a possibility that this mod may work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs. However due to the excessive modifications made to fit into the SF2 environment, not all features will be avaliable.*
*Note X2: this mod is designed for use =ONLY= in the ETO envrionment. A seperate skin for the MTO is included, but not 'activated'

Mods, rebuilds, and general 'messing with' for Timmy's FW P.II jet fighter, to bring it more in line with SF2 useage.
This mod is designed to REPLACE any 1stGen variant you may have in your WW2 ETO intalls. It is reccomended you delete the aircraft and decals folders of the originals, as to NOT cause any conflicts with THIS mod.
This package represents P.II Project, as a production model called "Ta-173" (I couldn't think of anything else!) as deployed in Western Europe and the Med. Skins/Decals in this pak are:

      JG 1 Oesau

      JG 2 Richthofen

JG27 Afrika, in a overall 'tan' desert camo (stored in a seperate folder inside the main aircraft folder called 'a-MTO skin'). It is suggested that this skin ONLY be used in an MTO-centric mods folder (it would look funny in western Europe!!)

Skins are in their original bmp format, and decal randomization is set to TRUE. New damage textures are included, in DDS format.

A (semi) compliant SF2 FM was cobbled together from various sources. As always, while it works well enough, further fine tuning is required by Experten.
Sounds, pilot figures and weapons (R4M rack) are included, as well a new SF2 Hangar and/or Loading screens, in jpg format.
Mission tasking has been limited, due to the aircraft's rather short range.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! Timmy's original readme is included for historical purposes.

    6. Vought Corsair MK.2, RN Fleet Air Arm, by Mod Mafia/TMF

      = For SF2, Full-4/5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*Note: There is a distinct possibility that this mod =MAY= work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs.
However, due to the excessive modifications made to fit them into the SF2 environment. End
Users ™ that attempt to do so, do so at their own risk. A Full 4/5 Merged install is
reccomened; at very minimum, SF2:V is required, as this aricraft references the A-1H's
destroyed model. Also, some of the SF2 only "switches" will NOT work in 1stGens.*

*Note #2: this model will REPLACE, in it's entirety, those using Wolf's as a base. You may
(well, should!) delete that mod completly; both the aircraft and decals folders. These, again,
      will replace them.*

A brand "new" model that was never completed when Bpao passed away a few year back. I've been
fortunate enough to be allowed to complete his work, as a member of the Mod Mafia.

This is the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm Corsair Mk.2 (with clipped wingtips) as seen 1943 and
later aboard RN carriers in the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans.

      Skin/Decals are included are for:

1842 NAS, HMS FORMIDABLE (during the time of the TIRPIZ raids; tagged as "Home Fleet")
1830 NAS, HMS ILLUSTRIOUS (tagged as East Indes Fleet or "EIF", with SEA style markings)

Both skins are in 'standard' Fleet Air Arm 2-tone camo.
All skins are in jpg format, Decal Randomization is TRUE. A new-ish SF2 'box art' style hangar
screen was (re)created for this aircraft. Damage textures are the old tga versions.
Decals are used for all markings, and Randomization is set to TRUE.
A user list is included; operational service dates have been rounded to the closest whole
month, even though this is a "Nationalized" , no-exported Royal Navy version.

The aircraft is fully carrier capable. The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystorke
™ of Shift/0. Like the other MM/TMF Corsairs, the wingfold operates via the "airbrakes" key.
All lighting is historically accurate. WW2 weapons (ie: bombs, rockets) are NOT included. You
should have them already. The drop tank is (as there were some slight adjustments to the F4U
Early 150 gallon tank, and this WILL replace the original from the USN versions), as is the
pilot figure and engine sounds (which you may also have already!).

      When 'in game', you'll see

      "Corsair Mk.II FAA (TMF)"

in the aircraft selection drop-down window. This will diferentiate it from any other Mk.IIs you
      may (or may not) have.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read
      them!!!

    7. SF2 WW2 Italian Aircraft Pak

      = For SF2 (Full4/5 Merged RECCOMENDED!)
      - Something for your MTO-Centric Installs -

**Note: Having SF2I Expansion Pak 1 is HIGHLY reccomended, as a few of the destroyed models referenced reach over to the stock destroyed C-47A. If you do NOT have Exp1, you will NOT have the burning wreck on the ground. You will have to locate some other destroyed model for use. Also, due to the extensive modifications to the cockpit and data ini, this mod will absolutely -NOT- work in 06 level 1stGen game installs. 08 Level 1stGens may have some issues, but this has not/cannot be tested by me.**

This pak contains a reissue of Veltro2K's WW2 Italian Air Force (Regia Aeronautica) aircraft. These are the complete aircraft, with various/sundry changes.

      This pak contains:

      Fiat CR.42 "Falco"
(will show in-game as "Fiat CR.42 Falco (V2K)" in game)

      Fiat BR.20 "Cicogna"
      Medium bomber

      Piaggio P.108
Heavy Bomber (no name appears to have been given to it)

Sounds, weapons, guns are included. New SF-2 compliant Hangar and/or Loading screens were either converted or new builds for this pak. They are, for the most part the "box art" style.
The Falco has as many 1stGen skins as I could find, and they've been incorporated into this pak. Most skins remain in their bmp format, but have been slightly resized. Decal randomization is set to TRUE. User lists have NOT been created; consider these non-exported, RA use only aircraft.

See "Changes" in the Notes section for more details. When possible, the original release readmes have been included (LloydNB's Falco skins).

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! =PLEASE= read the "Notes" section for the change list, and other important notations. Also, the Legal Statement has been changed with regards to these aircraft.
For those that still have the original releases, it's advised you delete the aircraft and decals folders for them; this pak is designed to replace them in total.

**These aircraft herein are released in "AS IS" Condition. The source files have been lost, and there can and WILL be no modifications to the physical model. They 'are as they is' and you must accept them with this caveat in mind. Any and all issues/problems that cannot be solved via ini edits will exist forever, as new models are unlikely to be created**

      = For SF2 (Full4/5 Merged RECCOMENDED! w/Expansion Pak 1)

**Note: Having SF2I Expansion Pak 1 is HIGHLY reccomended, as a few of the destroyed models referenced reach over to the stock destroyed C-47A. This pak contains a reissue of Veltro2K's RAF light, medium and heavy bombers used by the RAF during WW2. Unless otherwise notated, all are RAF Bomber Command squadrons. This (VERY LARGE!) pak contains the following aircraft/skin sets (the name in parenthesis is the actual skin folder name)...

      -Handley Page Halifax
      10 Squadron (Hali)

      -Handley Page Hampden
      49 Squadron (RAF)

      -Lockheed Hudson
      224 Squadron (raf1)
      48 Squadron, Coastal Command (CC)
459 Squadron, RAAF (MTO -desert camo)
VBP-82, US Navy, NAS Argentia, Newfoundland (USN)

      -Short Stirling
      7 Squadron (Stir)

      -Vickers Wellington
      12 Squadron (12)

Skins remain in bmp format, decal randomization is set to TRUE. Almost all the original decals have been replaced (squadron codes, aircraft ID letters, serials on some, etc) with new builds or repurposed units from my stock of RAF codes. Almost all markings ARE decals. There are no nose arts. Damage textures are in DDS format. Weapons (the RAF bomb set and the 303 gun) are included.
All the 1stGen Hangar and Loading screens were either rebuilt to SF2-spec, or created new for this package. They are in jpg format.

The various inis make use of the 'hide component' or the 'open cockpit' statements to make sure the cockpits are where they're supposed to be. This, unfortunately, prevents their use in SF/Wo* games at the 06 patch level, as stated above. Flight modeling, for the most part, remains as originally issued.
*Note: includes any/all "tweeks paks" released after the original releases*
See "Changes" in the Notes section for more details.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! PLEASE read the "Notes" section for the change list, and other important notations. Also, the Legal Statement has been changed with regards to these aircraft.
For those that still have the original releases, it's advised you delete the aircraft and decals folders for them; this pak is desinged to replace them in total.
