MiG-23MF Flogger "Rakshak" Indian Air Force
 
Mod to represent Indian Air Force MiG-23MF Flogger, nicknamed by the Indian Air Force "Rakshak"(Saviour/Protector in Hindi). Meant specifically for use with the SF2 Indo-Pak install.
 
The MiG-23MF was acquired by the IAF in 1983 in response to Pakistan's acquisition of F-16s.It was the first IAF fighter equipped with BVR missiles(R-23/AA-7). The IAF operated two MiG-23MF squadrons, No. 223 "Tridents" and No. 224 " Warlords". Both squadrons are represented in this mod. No. 224 Sqdn continued to operate the MiG-23MF till 2007, when they retired the MiG-23MF and converted to Jaguars

F-104A, Pakistani Air Force for SF2
 
This will work only if you have installed DLC No. 28 AI Aircraft Pack 1, including the F-104A Starfighter. Without this pack installed, you will not have the necessary model files.
 
Serials include the 12 F-104A aircraft supplied to the PAF, a further 9 loaned by the Royal Jordanian Air Force, and finally two F-104B aircraft of the PAF.

Indian Air Force Dehavilland/HAL Vampire FB.52 for SF2 full merged v1.1
Vampire FB.52 variant as used by the Indian Air Force and Indian Navy . Package does not contains any aircraft or Cockpit LODs. The pack has been tested on a full merge install ( SF2, SF2E,SF2V, SF2I, Exp Pack 1, Exp pack 2, SF2NA). May not work properly on othe rinstalls( will atleast need SF2E to work)
 
Package contains skins and decals to represent all Indian Air force Vampire FB.52 Squadrons and the solitary Indian Navy training squadron. All Indian AF Vampire FB.52 Serial number & squadron decals included(selectable in the loadout screen). The aicraft has been set to use the Hunter F.1 cockpit.

Installation
Drop the contents of the file in your X:\Users\YYYY\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2XX folder and let it overwrite

The mod is meant as a tribute to the first jet fighter India acquired and manufactured under license in India. It was 45 Squadron's Vampires that went into action on 01 Septmber 1965 in a valiant attempt to stop Pakistan's suprise attack that marked opening day of the 1965 war. Four valiant Vampire pilots lost their lives that fateful day in that brave attempt. Tthe Vampires were slightly successful in slowing down the Pakistani thrust. Contrary to Pakistani propoganda that the Vampires were pulled out of service the day after the Vampire losses, 45 and 220 Squadron's Vampires continued flying interediction sorties through the war.

The RF-8 Crusader was a photo-reconnaissance development and operated longer in U.S. service than any of the fighter versions.
RF-8s played a crucial role in the Cuban Missile Crisis, providing essential low-level photographs impossible to acquire by other means.
U.S. Naval Reserve units continued to operate the RF-8 until 1987.

First, read the readmes; all of them! The first two are Spillone104s', this mod is based on his work and those credited in his readmes. Also, as it says in his readmes, you'll need at a minimum SF2E for the stock F-104s. You'll also need to follow the
 
instructions here: http://combatace.com/topic/57393-flyable-f-104s-for-sf2/ to get the cockpits. This Pack contains six different versions of the Starfighter, three F-104As and three F-104Cs. I felt this was necessary because of the changes that ocurred
 
over the years; the original A models had no gun and didn't recieve one until 1964, later, in 1967 a number of them recieved the J79-GE-19 engine. The C model was originaly optimized as an interim Nuclear Strike Fighter to fill in until the F-105 came
 
online, as such it was cleared to carry either the Mk-28 (B28) or Mk-43 (B43) tactical nuclear weapons. Included are dedicated versions of these weapons and Lexx Luthors' Nuke Effects. I've made this an alternate loadout in the later versions(selectable
 
with the Mission Editor) so if you really want to shake up Uncle Ho, you can. The F-104C also had the ability to carry two more Sidewinders on an under fuselage "Catamaran" ala the F-104G and according to Joe Baugher, while in Viet Nam they did just
 
that. Raven was good enough to make a version of the "Cat" for both the SEA Camo and standard versions of the F-104C. Batman1978s' Hi-Res Cockpit .Bmps are included, as well as a Radar.bmpfrom Starfighter2s' F-104C Cockpit mod that I cleaned
 
up a little. Some of the aircraft have benefited from Wrenchs' secondary ADI fix, however, in later versions of the aircraft that had a RWR, the secondary ADI was given over to a visual display. They also use Wrenchs' steerable nose wheel fix, along with
 
a little bump from Raven. I also modified Spillone104s' "Added 3D Parts" to put the RWR bits on the F-104C_67. I think that's about it; it was a lot of work but if you enjoy it, it's worth it. As always, good luck, good hunting, and give 'em hell!

Brake chute and afterburner effect for the Mirage Factory Mig29 series A,G,S and N models...and\or any that use the Mig29A LOD.
Add the items in data.ini supplied...DONT just replace yours with this one because it only has entries needed to add the chute and effect
Drop Mig-29A.LOD in the folder you want the chute enabled in.Backup the original first.
Put the tga`s in main mig29 folder.
I moved some anims to get the chute anim operating on its own,only operates on ground...
keys....
Dragchute on ground....S key.
Airbrake in air......S
Canopy.....shift + 0
enjoy stopping easier lol.

This Vought proposal for the USAF and later USN LWF contest that originated the F-16 and later the F-18
this to two aircraft one land version but that keeps wingfold and one fully naval version NA coding his added for those that have SF2NA
right now both go up to 2020 but more advance version are planed just need to tink then thourgh
