  1. Seafire MkIII, No.887 NAS, Fleet Air Arm, 1945

Seafire MkIII, No.887 Naval Air Squadron Fleet Air Arm, HMS Indefatigable, Okinawa, April 1945 - Japanese Coast, August 1945.

It is a little known fact that aircraft of the Royal Navy British Pacific Fleet fought at Okinawa and participated in the final air attacks on the Japanese mainland.

All serial numbers included in this package correspond to Seafire MkIII aircraft which served with 887 NAS at some point between late 1944 and the end of the War. Where possible, known individual numbers have been allocated to the correct aircraft. These are marked with an asterisk in the loadout menu.

Alternative lower resolution (1024x1024) skin files are included.

For use ONLY with SF2 including the Israel Expansion Pack. This will NOT work if you do not have the stock TW Spitfires installed and working.

  2. SF2 WW2 Spitfire Mk.VIII, RAAF PTO by Mod Mafia/TMF -v2

    SF2 WW2 Spitfire Mk.VIII, RAAF PTO by Mod Mafia/TMF 2/18/2014

    **UPDATED to Ver 2!!**

    = For SF2, Full-4/5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
    -For WW2 PTO Usage ONLY!-

*Note: This mod updates the original pak from June, 2013. It is desinged to
REPLACE, it total, that pak. After unzipping, you MAY dorp it over your existing
one, or delete the older RAAF Pak (BETTER!!), and just use this. If you don't have the
    original, then no worries!! :)
*Note2: it's RECCOMENDED you have whichever SF2 Expansion pak that gave us the
Spit 9s. This mod references that destroyed model for it's own use*

This is a reskin/redecalling of the TMF Mk.VIII Spit for use by the Royal
Australian Air Force in the South West Pacific area (Oz, PNG, Indonesia, Timor,
etc region). NOT for use in the CBI theatre!!!
Note: this is a Nationalized verion for Australia =ONLY=!!

    Skin/Decals set included are for:

No. 452 Squadron as delivered in 1943
No. 79 Squadron (late 44/45, all white tail; Moritai?) NEW!!

The aircraft is finished in standard RAF Day Scheme (Green/Grey/Lt Grey unders)
All skins are in jpg format, Decal Randomization is TRUE.
    All markings are decals (excepting National Markings, that are painted on);
making it supremely easy to recreate other squadron users.
For 79 Squadron only, Serial numbers marked with a star (*) for either skin
represent actual aircraft, 100% matched to their plane-in-group-numbers. Those
withOUT, while having served with the respective squadrons, could not be match
to specific aircraft. For 452 Squadron, ALL are 100% historically correct.
All weapons (drop tanks), sounds, pilot figure(s) (including the 'fake pilot')
are included. Guns/bombs are NOT included; you should have them already.
New Hangar and Loading screens are included. The appropriate Squadron Crest is
used for the paint chip on both skins.

The Canopy opens with the Standard Animation Keystroke ™, Shift/0
    Damage textures are DDS;

    When 'in game', you'll see

    Spitfire Mk.VIII (TMF) RAAF

in the aircraft selection drop-down window. This will diferentiate it from any
other Mk.VIIIs, and their users, you may (or may not) have .

As always, fairly easy to follow, highly detailed install instructions are
included. So, please -READ- them. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too for
futher explinations, clarifactions, illuminations and so forth.

  3. SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.V (Trop) Pak by Cocas Aircraft Factory & Co

SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.V (Trop) Pak by Cocas Aircraft Factory & Co (ver 0.9)

    1/06/2014

-- Something for the MTO players --

    = For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*Note: having whichever expansion pak gave us the Spit Mk. IX is required, as
this mod references the stock 3W destroyed Spitfire*

This is tagged as Ver 0.9, as we're sure some minor fixes may be required. We wanted to get it out into the hands of End Users ™, both for your flying pleasure, and further examinations.

This package is for MTO (North Africa, The Med, etc) Spitfire V Trops -ONLY!!!- . Not to be used elsewhere! Seperate version(s) for CBI RAF and SoWesPac RAAF usage will be released at a later date.

Skins included with the package are:

    RAF:
No. 92 Squadron, RAF "East India" (after transfer from the UK)
No. 417 Squadron, RCAF "City of Windsor"
    No. 1 Squadron, SAAF

    USAAF:
    307th FS, 31st FG (MX)
    308th FS, 31st FG (HL)
309th FS, 31st FG (WZ) (TORCH, and Post TORCh -yellow outline star/ball)

    Free French AF:
GG II/7 FFAF (No. 326 Squadron RAF) (start 6/43)

Squadron crests (when locatable) or in AAF cases the squadron patch, are used
as the paint chip, as seen on the Loadout screen.

This pack makes use of the Brain32 trick of having the skin maps in the MAIN
aircraft folder, NOT in the individual squadron folders. As most MTO-based
Spitfires were painted the same camo, this reduces the size of the package.
Only the markings (squadron codes, national insignia) change.
All marking are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. Other squadrons, RAF
USAAF, FFAF, etc can easily be done by creating new squadron code letters. The
Userlist ini has dates rounded to the closest whole month.
The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystroke ™, Shift/0. Guns
are also grouped, MGs in Group 1, the cannon in Group 2.

    When in game, you'll see:

    Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop (CAF)

on the aircraft selection dropdown menu. This will diferentiate THIS Spitfire
from any other MK Vs you may (or may not) have.
An revamped SF2 version of my original "box art" hangar screen is included.

As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them.

  4. SF2 WW2 SEAC Spitfire Mk.V Trop Pak by Cocas Aircraft Factory

SF2 WW2 SEAC Spitfire Mk.V Trop Pak by Cocas Aircraft Factory & Co (ver 0.9) 1/09/2014

-- Something for the CBI players --

    = For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*Note: having whichever expansion pak gave us the Spit Mk. IX is required, as this mod references the stock 3W destroyed Spitfire*

This is tagged as Ver 0.9, as we're sure some minor fixes may be required. We wanted to get it out into the hands of End Users ™, both for your flying pleasure, and further examinations.

This package is for CBI (in particular, Burma and India aka "SEAC") Spitfire V Trops -ONLY!!!-. NOT to be used elsewhere! This is a Theatre Specific aircraft package! The data ini uses the correct dates for Mk V arrivals in India.
REMINDER: this is for use =ONLY= in a WW2 CBI-centric mods folder.

The Skin(s) included with the package are:

No. 615 Squadron "County of Surrey" RAuxAF

as based in the Chittigong region of India (present day Bangledesh) upon arrival in-theatre.
The Squadron Crest are used as the paint chip, as seen on the Loadout screen.

This pack makes use of the Brain32 trick of having the skin maps in the MAIN aircraft folder, NOT in the individual squadron folders. As almost all SEAC (Burma/India) based Spitfires were painted the same camo, this reduces the size of the package. Only the squadron codes would need changing.
Like the other CAF Spitfires, the skin is in jpg format. All markings are decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE.
The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystroke ™, Shift/0. Guns are also grouped, MGs in Group 1, the cannon in Group 2. Guns, weapons, etc are NOT included, but the AvHistory Merlin engine sound is. You
    should have all the rest.

    When in game, you'll see:

    Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop (CAF)

on the aircraft selection dropdown menu. This will diferentiate THIS Spitfire from any other MK Vs you may (or may not) have.

  5. SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.V LF Pak by Cocas

    SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.V LF Pak by Cocas & Co 12/28/2014

-- Something for the Med players --

    = For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =

*This mod will NOT work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs, at any patch level. One should also have the SF2I expansion pak, that gave us the Spitfires, as this mod references that stock 3W destroyed Spitfire model*
Note x2: This mod represents Mk.V LFs in the MTO =ONLY=. Please note, it is NOT a Trop!

This is a BRAND NEW aircraft, brought to you by Cocas Aircraft Factory & Co.
We are calling this "version 0.9", as there exists the possibility of more work being required. But, we wanted to get them out into the hands of our WW2 End Users ™ for their examination and so forth. It was supposed to be released in the early part of 2014 (Feb/March), but I totally forgot about it!!
Skins included with the package are:
    RAF:

    No. 601 Squadron

All marking are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. Other squadrons can easily be done by creating new squadron code letters. An SF2 version of my "box art" style hangar is included.
The serial numbers, while 'generic' in nature (representing no particular aircraft in any given squadron), ARE correct for the variant depicted.
The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystroke ™, Shift/0. Guns are also grouped, MGs in Group 1, the cannon in Group 2.

    When in game, you'll see:

    Spitfire Mk.Vc LF (CAF)

on the aircraft selection dropdown menu. This will diferentiate =THIS= Spitfire from any other LF Mk.Vs you may (or may not) have.

  6. SF2 Post-War French Navy Seafire Mk.IIIC

    SF2 Post-War French Navy Seafire Mk.IIIC Pack          8/15/2017
    = For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
    =*UPDATED 5/28/2018*=
The package contains the Seafire Mk.IIIC used by 1 Flotille of the Aéronautique Navale of the French Navy, aboard PA Aeromanches in Indochina in the late 1940s.
All markings are decals and Decal Randomization is TRUE. Damage textures are in DDS format. Serial numbers, while correct for the aircraft should be conisdered "generic" in nature, not representing those that actually served with the AeroNavale.
The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0. Wingfold is operated also with the SAK, Shift/9.  Guns also grouped, MGs in Group 1, the cannon in Group 2.
Pilot figure, engine sound, and a 'new' drop tank are included. Guns and bombs are not included, as these are the standard WW2 British types, available in many weapons packs.
    When in game, you'll see:
    Seafire Mk.IIIC FN (CAF)
on the aircraft selection dropdown menu. This will diferentiate =THIS= Seafire from any others you may (or may not) have.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them.

  7. ETO Spitfire Mk.VA by TMF for SF2

    SF2 WW2 Spitfire Mk.VA by Coupi/Mod Mafia/TMF            5/10/2018
    = For SF2, Full-4/5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
*Note: This mod may not work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs at any patch level, due to the excessive modifications made to fit them into the SF2 environment. End Users (tm) that attempt to do so, do so at their own risk.*
This is a modification of the TMF Spitfire MK.1A to the early VA version; this mark uses the "A" wing with 8 303 caliber machine guns.
This is the Vickers/Supermarine Spitfire Mk.VA. This pak contains skins/decal set for the following RAF Squadrons:
    No. 92
There are 2 skins; one Dark Earth/Dark Green/Sky (pre-1942) and Medium Sea Gray/Dark Green/light grey for post-1942. The SF2 Date Switch is used to turn on the later skin in November, 1941
All skins are in jpg format, Decal Randomization is TRUE. Serial numbers, while not matched to plane-in-squadron letters, are all correct for Mk.Vs used by 92 Squadron. Those marked with a star (*) fall into the correct sequencing for those aircraft built as the 8-gunned Va version.
The canopy/entry door open with the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0. For those RAF Squadron listed in the game's SquadronList.ini, my 'fake sqtail' decal will activate their "Displayed Name" on the LoadoutScreen.
    When 'in game', you'll see
    "Spitfire Mk.Va (TMF)"
on the aircraft drop-down selection window.  The Official Squadron Crest (tm) is used for the 'paint chip' for each skin.
As always, fairly easy to follow, highly detailed install instructions are included. So, please READ them. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too for futher explinations, clarifactions, illuminations and so forth.
    Good Hunting!

    ------------------------------------------------
    =TO INSTALL:
As I always reccomend, unzip the "sf2_ww2_eto_spit5a_tmf_pak.zip" to a temp folder or your desktop or somewhere else that's easy to find
Then, simply, copy/paste the Objects folder supplied directly =OVER= your existing /Objects folder.
Copy/Paste the Sound folder over your existing /Sounds folder.
Odds are, you have the engine sound already, but I like to upload as complete as possible products

You'll probably be asked "OVERWRITE?", just say Yes.
I've already seperated out the various folders (Aircraft, Decals, etc), so they'll drop right where they're supposed to be.
    ----------------------------
Historically, No.164 Argentine-British also flew the Va. They used the "FJ" code on their aircraft. I'm sure there are other units, but haven't been able to run them down accurately. So, it's easier to just stay with No.92, as the Vb & c cannon armed versions were soon in service.
As this aircraft LOD lacks the hardpoints the Mk.V had, I've used  the Fake Pilot Method (tm) to add ONLY the centerline station for a drop tank.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Credits:
Coupi for the idea and all major ini work (Many thanks to Wrench!!!)
    Bpao for the aircraft
    Kesselbrut for the cockpit
PappaRomeo for the modded EAW gunsight pak, the RAF Mk II used here
AVHistory for the Merlin engine sound
Me ("Bob") for some new serial decals and ini Work, and the MSG/DG skin
    Sources:
I'm not even gonna try to find all my RAF Spit books....
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Happy Hunting!
    --------------------------------------------
    Legal BS:
This is freeware; it CANNOT be re-distrubuted even if the original readmes and all other pieces of the package remain intact.
This aircraft is fully owned by The Mirage Factory/Mod Mafia.
Skins for this aircraft can be made, with no permissions needed
The names of all contributors, modders, suppliers, etc =MUST= be listed in any new readmes.
This package may NOT in any way, shape or form be used in any payware additions.
