Fdino Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Hello air friends, how are you? I was studying the F-14 Tomcat. I love learning about the engineering of this aircraft. However, I saw that Iran also acquired the aircraft during the Shah Pahlavi era. How many F-14s does Iran still have (or if it still has any)? Thanks very much.

Cypress Posted Friday at 12:40 AM Posted Friday at 12:40 AM (edited) I'd say probably less than 40. Due to a lack of parts they've had to cannibalize a number of them over time and around 3 of them which were claimed to be cannibalized and not fully assembled were destroyed by Israel in the 12-day war in 2025.
