daddyairplanes Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago check skin names? make sure they all end the same, _66 or _65 or whatever then check file format. jpg, bmp, dds
yakarov79 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago It is not that. Files should be fine...works on my end. Double-checked before uploading.
Wrench Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago maybe installed on wrong Phantom (ie, not a stock one?)
Menrva Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago If the mod is installed properly, then most likely it's the game running out of VRAM; in such case you need to resize the textures to smaller resolution, since your PC configuration struggles with 4k or 2k textures. 4
Sheriff Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Like Daddy says, it's almost always skin name is wrong or file type. Look at name of skin parts that do show up and use same file type and naming convention for one that is showing black. If that does not work ,another thing I've done on occasion is taking the file that is showing as black. Save it as a different file type. For example, if its a bmp file open and save as a jpg. Then open up jpg and save it as bmp. Somehow that works. Also compare file size .If one is orders of magnitude larger ,edit file type or image size.

Look at name of skin parts ................................ No. I tested it many times. Not in this case. I have a habit of playing test flights for all my work...now and then. Flight - always 8 aircraft for every skin/squadron set - to have a wide view of decals within the squadron, every possible loadout. I mostly play on 3072 or 2048 skins....But, again, I upload 4K. i do not recommend changing BUMP maps into jpg. - The game will have a tendency to read stock files instead, and then you will have mismatched "skin paint" features. So, bump files bmp. Can go down to 3072 too. Screens below are still in 4096. I have exactly the same stuff as you. Tested many times. Recently, 14 minutes ago.
