And here's number 10...VMF-351.

Needless to say that it won't be the last. On my list are: VC-10, VF-13, VF-62, VF-124, VF-202 (stupid tailcode!), VMF(AW)112, VMF-122, VMF-251, VMF(AW)323, VMF(AW)451.

... VF-202 (stupid tailcode!)

There is still a lot to do, though. But at least I managed to get the CVWR-20 markings right... (well, more or less. Don't expect me to elaborate. )

One more:

D'oh!

I did realize after seeing the in-game shots that this skin might require a bit more work that I thought...ah well, business as usual.

I'm not sure about the size and angle of the modified wing insignia...I guess I need a good night's sleep to make a final decision.

Hey Gocad, I would of hooked you up with that 202 tail code. I had to make it myself for the RF-8G.

Hmmm, let's see. Dave has already made a nice Red Rippers skin and I don't want to make something that has been already done (sort of)

I have looked at the VF-84 & VMF-321 skins and I would say at the moment that these are (at least from my perspective) not as easy to do as the other Crusader skins I have done so far (or as those I'm planning to do, for that matter)...but I do agree that it would be a real shame not have that VF-84 skin for the MF Crusader.

Btw, the Stallions skin is already done. Paul said so.

Re: F-8 Sundowners skin & WOV Rolling Thunder campaign

F-8D Crusader of VF-111, deployed aboard USS Midway as a part of CVW-2 in 1965:

Yes, I know, the decal sizes aren't right.

I don't know whether I should pack and upload this one, after all, the MF F-8D already comes with a Sundowners skin (needless to say, my skin is based on it.)
