He was no dumber than any of us would have been... but then again... I don't mess with the big stuff, and this this was REALLY big. I talked to a buddy of mine who is a 1st Loot in the 5th Precinct, which covers that area and mine, that it was really a mess and the guy is lucky to be alive. OvS
