+Stary 2,427 Posted June 27, 2012 why faked colours? because it gives me fun and I wanted such slightly insane cartoonish effect
Slartibartfast 153 Posted June 27, 2012 They look very good even if its fake colours lends a more oil-painting style to the pictures...
+daddyairplanes 10,244 Posted June 27, 2012 sort of looks like the light up paintings at the mall, where the water is glowing and moving...

Silverbolt 104 Posted June 27, 2012 great effect, i just dislike the soul effect it gives to objects in the edge of the sky, but it still perfct.
+Stary 2,427 Posted June 27, 2012 Yuri I still learn taht program, so I have no idea if the effect can be reduced with such bright intense scenes, from what I've read about HDR/LDR some do this on purpose for ekhm, artistic effect

+Fates 63 Posted June 27, 2012 True HDR requires 3 Bracketed images. Most simple use Tone Mapping to create the effect from a single images. The "Soul Imaging" as it was refereed to can be minimized when tone mapping. Here's a couple of My images that were tone mapped to achieve a similar effect. BTW Stary,,,, Great Work~! +Stary 2,427 Posted June 28, 2012 like your angles Yuri! Interesting colour manipulations @Fates -here are couple "true" HDR ones I took yesterday -3 images usually with +-1.0 EV or +-1.3 EV steps, combined in EasyHDR Basic using some of program's preset settings: I start to like this technique, need dig it more.
