+Gepard 11,304 Posted March 20, 2013 I guess, that the first granade did not start and they put a second one in. This happens relativly often. When i was at Seargent training in my military time at the seargent school we had a similar accident. Some soldiers were heavily wounded on 2 or 3 died. its long ago.
