Uses that DON"T have DLC28 just won't be able to make use of it. Of course, expect the usual posts of "I d/led this mod and I have no airplane in external view". ======= spinners, is the sharkmouth a decal?? might come in handy for RAAF Spits.... +daddyairplanes Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 Had this debate with Dave when the USAF skinpack came out for Phantoms. Dave's view was that skins are fair game. But i figured the skins were the main thingTK was selling in that case. My ultimate solution was to only release the modified skin for the F-4C_67 (the pack only had D and E Phantoms) and change up the decal ini for each other skin. In this case however i think skins only release would be ok given there is a lod to boot here and not just skins. Just my two cents worth
