Wilches Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Great, but as the President o RCS (Rivets Counters Society) I notice that something is out of scale - the buildings or the ships. Their sizes don´t match. Sory but that for the better... Quote
krfrge Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Wilches, Thanks, It might be the dock, as the boats are the custom jobs available here at CA. Quote
KJakker Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Have you done Ladd Reef yet? The HNLMS O 19 ran aground on it on July 8th, 1945 and its crew was rescued by the USS Cod (SS-224). Supposedly the wreak is still there though I can't see anything on google maps. Quote
krfrge Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 (edited) KJakker, Its there. I havent placed any sunken ships near it but could work something up. Edited March 5, 2016 by krfrge Quote

Wilches Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Wonderful job!!! I insist... Something still out of scale - the ships or the objects. Quote
krfrge Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Wilches, It must be some of the objects as the ships are all stock SF2 or customs from here at CA. Thanks for the observations,,,I really want to make this terrain a treat for all. Kindest regards - Krfrge 1 Quote

Did their helo leave yet? That looks like a good home for Navy SPADs post 1968. Land based SPADs ? They may not look like the fleet light gull grey birds flying off of building 41 and 43 underway. The Marine Corps may want a part of this and get their SPADs back. CL Edited March 21, 2016 by charlielima Quote

charlielima Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 (edited) I believe we had a steel hull diesel powered PG boat very similar to the PT boat that saw service in the 50s and 60s . Affirmative, an American Schnellboot. CL Edited March 24, 2016 by charlielima Quote
