Not a very good pre-flight inspection, since the wings are kind of translucent, and you can see the cat's shadow in the underside of the wing as it walks up.
Thought the same : didn't the pilot do some pre-flight tour?
The flight manual does not explicitly states that black and white cats should be removed, so I don't understand the problem

No, the cat was very upset by those two heavy humans : they considerably degrade the performances of HIS ultralight
