  1. 7 new ideas: Exisiting features + "Allocation of aeroplanes": should be possible only if you are a squadron-leader + Change of waypoints in briefing-menu: you must be a flight- or squadron-leader => CONCLUSION: a setting-buttom in workshop, that you can change the flight-formation, allocation of aeroplanes and the waypoints only by rank (flight- or squadron-leader) + "Normal claim": That you can use separate witnesses for every claim after a mission, if you have more than 1 claim; additionally ballons and ground units as witnesses. + "Normal claim": the problem is, that the claim-system is very complicated and for the user it is not clear how it works. It's like a black box. So the user doesn't understand the decision from the system. He gets the feeling of good / bad luck. Some members think, it is random, an algorithm (I don't know). So this setting should be more clear, more transparent, or equiped with a new special feature to make your "normal claim". + Sometimes your flight-fellows have a crash when they land on the airfield. You see always a full destruction of the aeroplane with the "brown hole" on the ground. So you believe the aeroplane has been destroyed and the pilot is dead. But then, if you click on "details" after the mission, you can read, that the aeroplane has beeen only damaged and the pilot is okay. Maybe it is possible to display these ground-crashes on the airfiled with differences as you can see it during the missions. + that the rivers don't flow uphill + a more intensive blue colour for the sky for autumn- and winter-terrain because of low temperatures and humidity. The sky in WOFF is more a blue-grey mixture, typical for summer with higher temperatures and humidity. New features + Disciplinary Proceedings (it's not the centre of a WW1-flightsim, but it was reality). Examples: you have a collision with a fellow, have hit a fellow with your bullets, have hit the wrong ground-unit or the wrong convoy with your bombs, or your flight is starting and you are staying on ground, ... . An official report from your chief or an officiell investigation with all historical-possible results (acquittal, file-informed warning, disciplinary proceedings, penalty transfer, degradation, court martial, etc.) would be a enriching feature in my opinion. Of course it must be possible with the system. Greetings!
  2. ... or do you mean the stick-software to program the buttoms? Sorry, then I have no idea, because I have plug & play (maybe new installation after uninstall and registry-check with Ccleaner?). Greetings
  3. @zoombiewoof, I have a 12-buttom-stick too. I open WOFF key binding in workshop and after binding of the first 8 buttoms I mark the next function I want to bind, then I press buttom 9. WOFF does recognice it as the other 8 before. And so on till buttom 12. Greetings
  4. Hallo @Dornil, I haven't seen any information from the modder about the compatibility of this mod in relation to PE or actual for BH&H2. On Sandbaggers Website the mod is for UE. And I don't use it, neither with BH&HII nor with PE before, so I can't say anything about it. If you ask me, try to contact the modder (maybe via E-Mail in the readme?) or open a special thread with your question for all. Greetings
  5. Hallo @Trooper117, IMHO after such a long time it is good to make the "Status quo" of the sim. Which features need to / should be improved? Which new features are possible and useful for the existing BoB? And then, as a second step, maybe a new campaign. Greetings
  6. Hallo @JJJ, short question: is your beta-test-version the final one or is it still in test? Greetings!
  7. Thank you @Jara, that's nice! This mod is one of the "must have - mods" for my WOFF-world! Greetings!
  8. Thanks for info @trotski, @epower! You can see at this link a movie with a pilot (MvR), when he got into the DR.1. And you can see the shoulder-belts (3.08 - 3.25): almost OT - SimHQ Forums. Maybe other members have further informations. Greetings!
  9. Yes, thanks Jara for your fast info! Greetings!
  10. Is it the finished updated version for BH&HII? Last, what I have seen, was a beta-test-version. Thanks and Greetings!
  11. No problem anf thanks for your answer! So we know this mod needs an update from @JJJ. Greetings!
  12. Hallo all, Does anybody know the development of safety belts for pilots in WW1? How long have they had no belts? When were there the first belly-belts? And when with shoulder-belts? Thanks and Greetings!
  13. Hallo @Jara4 You have developed a very good historical tracer-mod for WOFF-PE with 3 parts: no tracer for the early years, trailersmoke and tracer. Do you know if it is compatible with BH&HII? Thanks and Greetings!
  14. Hallo @Jerhear, very nice!! I have used your skins for PE before and I think, they are very good. I will download it this weekend and add it in the mod-list here, CA. Greetings!
  15. Hallo, Sorry that I repeat it (see wish-list), but IMHO this is one argument more for a clock in the HUD, independing on the source for the cockpit-clock. Other arguments are the early aeroplanes without a cockpit-clock (the pilots did wear it) and the nonhistorical digital z-buttom-clock. @catch: I have reduced the glosses-frame a little bit (7 or 8), so it's easier to read the FPS in the corner. Greetings!
  16. Okay, a few little things: Existing features + maybe better visible bridges in the inflight-map + change of the flight-formation only if you are a squadron- or flight-leader, in any other case the system should decide between different formations randomly, like a decision from your chief, + Ability to restart the engine not only on the airfiled, but also near to a ground-unit and with a 2-seater everywhere (of course only when the second man is still living ...), + Rank and pilot-name on the paper, if you get the according document to a medal, New features + a clock-gauge in the HUD (a: to simulate the fast view on your clock, b: because of the early aeroplanes without a clock in the cockpit, so the pilots did wear it on the arm, c: the time about the digital Z-Buttom is not very historical), + That there is a use to land and turn off/on the engine. F.e.: If you land at a ground-unit or at an foreign airfield of your side, they can give you a little bit fuel, max. 30%, + an actual aces-ranking-list, national and international Greetings!
  17. Okay, got it now! Download ca. 20minutes (very fast, I was surprised!); Data-size correct (uff!) > uninstall PE via toolbox (uninstall and registry) and Ccleaner for Registriy-check > PC-New-Start > Installation BH&HII, DX9 and first patch > PC-New-Start > Stick-connection and first Sim-Start > Yes! Workshop: Joystick and its axis okay? Yes, enough for test! > Generate test-campaign > Quick Combat, Free Flight > Loading > YES, here we are! For all these steps I have needed ca. 2 hours (faster than I did believe). First impression: Glasses are great! FPS60 (more than I did believe) and no stottering at the beginning of the flight. Now I need a cup of coffee, Greetings!
  18. Hallo All! With WOFF-UE and PE we have had a lot of mods, which were an important part for WOFF. So I have written the mod-list for WOFF-UE/PE at SimHQ for a better overview, and subsequently for BH&H2 here at CA. And the very good OBD-team has continued to develop WOFF better and better. They are present in the fora, read the feedback and think about it. They have integrated mods and mod-ideas, specifically with the release of BH&H2 and the expansion OTT. Thats’s exemplary! The result is, that only a few mods are needed now. So the use of the mod-list is past and I will not take care of it any longer. I have asked the modder about some unclear mod-compatibilities. Here you can find the threads, if you are interested in. To @Robert Wiggins, @JJJ65, @Bletchley, @BuckeyeBob: OTT-Compatibility of your mods - SimHQ Forums To @Robert Wiggins, @JJJ65, @Bletchley, @BuckeyeBob: OTT-Compatibility of your mods - WOFF/WOTR - FAQ/Technical Issues - CombatACE Thanks for reading the mod-lists. I hope, it was useful. Greetings! I recommend expressly to start WOFF and fly the first missions (QC and CM) without any mods after installation of a new patch! If you registrate a mistake, after you have activated a mod in the second step, contact the modder. Of course the use of the mods is at your own risk! 19. Hallo @Erik, thank you very much for your kooperation! I have sent you a message. Greetings!
  20. Thank you @VonS ! You have mentioned all necessary things. I'm new on CA, so let's find the best way for the user to get an overview about the BH&HII-mods. Greetings
  21. Hello @VonS, short info, after I have had contact with Erik: I'm a new member, so I have only a few minutes do edit a new post. With more posts I level up and get more time (similar to attachment-MB). At the end there is no limit to edit the post. I think, it's a very interesting and exciting feature, which makes CA unique. Thank you for your offer to use your sub-thread ! My mods-list-thread on SimHQ must not survive here only because I have had the idea. Important is to find the best way for the user to get an overview about the mods (that was the intention!). Additionally CA has an other structure compared to SimHQ. We will find the best way ... . See you later and Greetings!
  22. Hi @Von S, thanks for your info! It confirms what I have thought. Now I recognice, that I can't edit my own posting again. It seems, editing and changing of the posting is available for limited time only. Is it right? I think about it also because of my PE-mod-thread on SimHQ and the transfer to CA. If I have maked an update there, I edited my posting, updated the mod-list and saved it again simply, without a new thread. Thanks for answer again and Greetings!
  23. Ups, this repeat is a mistake. Does anybody now how to delete the own posting. I click on "edit" but don't find a solution.
  24. Yes Adger, I can imagine that we will see a lot of shots because it's easier here. Here is one shot more with AlbDIII Early 1917, Jasta 15, with Gontermann, Glinkermann and Udet. The Default-Jasta15 with the the simple "B" on the fuselage I don't know, … any completely unimportant pilot . The next shots will be from BH&H2. Greetings!
