Rugg beat me to it. I do WHATEVER it takes to protect my family. If there is an unknown in the house, you don't have time. You don't know the tactical situation, their intent, how many there are, etc. They broke into a home, willing to risk the chance of getting caught. Are you really willing to bet your life or the life of your family on the possibility that the person(s) who broke in your house are not going to do anything more than steal something? Taking a life is a very serious thing, and I HATE the idea of ever having to do so. But if it's necessary to make sure my family is safe inside my own house...the target gets enough time for me to identify that they are not part of my family. And that's it. FC

In reality, the F-102 and F-106 vis out the front when landing was simply not that great. For all intents and purposes, every landing was a no-flap landing...which means for delta wings, you have to have a fairly high AOA relatively speaking once in the flare. Speaking as a person who's done more than their fair share of no-flap landings without being able to actually see in front of me...it can be done consistently. FC

Alright guys, knock off the wisecracks. Raden's idea is an interesting one for the purpose of making a screenshot for mods that don't have one. However, the admins and moderators here do not have the time or energy to run such a program. If someone wants to improve a mod by adding a USEFUL screenshot, contact the modder in question directly. Otherwise, screenshots are what the Screenshot Thread is for. If you want to donate, become a paid member to donate money to help defray operating costs of the website. FC

Don't take my word for it...but I believe those are shortcuts to allow Windows Media Center Edition to be able to start SF2 from the MCE menu. FC

I'd agree that the amount of work piled on kids today is ridiculous. I pass by the grade school sometimes while they are being let out...some of their backpacks hold more books than I carried in high school! I think also some of it is parent induced. I know of parents who's kids have an after school program all the time it seems like...soccer, football, music lessons, whatever. What happened to just being a kid? One of my wife's friends remembers being so over scheduled as a kid that she would have to do homework in the car while traveling from one thing to another. She is determined to not let that happen to her kids. Look, our kids certainly need to be competitive for the future. And kids should work hard in school. But I refuse to sacrifice their chance to enjoy their childhood while they can. FC

What I might recommend first is to see if the MER entry is within your current weapondata.ini. If not, then cut and paste and run the weapon editor. If it is there,then take a close look at it and compare it to the stock weapondata.ini MER entry to see if there is a problem. Fix the problem (make it look like the stock entry), save the weapondata.ini, run the weapons editor as per normal. You should be okay by that point. FC

From what I understand, NF4+ is completely standalone...you are not supposed to install a weapons pack on top of it. FC

Better...still no cities or variance in the land (some snow). Not trying to be downer...but a terrain engine is not the same as seeing it in game with all the other features enabled. Get past a tech demo and then I'll start hoping...and I'd be curious to see how hard it is to customize. FC

I'm not seeing a whole lot...the video looks interesting...but I notice the terrain looks the same everywhere texture-wise. And the cessna didn't travel far. I would be more curious if I saw something like a Space Shuttle come in to see how the engine works in it's full range with smoothness. In addition, terrain variety while showcasing...just how does it do cities, towns, waterfront...etc. FC
