There were some RAF Tornadoes in the area, and that must be who the SAMS were firing at, since they pretty much ignored us. Drop and skedaddle...... And I brought my #2 home as well.

Monday SUCKS, and I am apparently the world's WORST MiG pilot!!!! There I was, dead astern of an F-9, at a range where I SHOULD have been able to use a couple of rounds to make aluminum confetti out of this guy.........and I'm out of ammunition. And my wingman is an even worse shot than me. I just scrubbed the entire mission and went home.

Running dark on this intercept, and knew they were close. There was a flight of GAF F-4's in the same area, and they fired first. The missile streaks & flares gave us targets.

I was wondering how the EF-200 could be any better...and then I took the B-model for a spin. What a full-on RUSH!!!! I found absolutely nothing that I couldn't do with it, and in a dogfight it's like wielding a Katana when the other guy has a butter knife. It's as much fun as you can have, while fully dressed!!! This one rates a 27 on a 1-10 scale. -
