What effects are you trying to put in there? You don't have to extract the default effects and put them in there so forget about those. Any effects mods you download go into that folder usually. The readme will state otherwise.

My family makes me happy. I have been with my wife since high school. She is great. Quick with a joke or a smart remark. She is also one hell of a Soldier. She has been serving her country for the last 18 years. Hoping she makes E-8. She is one of the top people in the running. My oldest son, he is my clone. Ask any of the CA staff who have been to my place. I recently with FastCargos help got a laptop for my oldest. Right now he is flying SF2 and loving it. My youngest son he is more of an outdoors type. Loves to ride his bike. He has also picked up on my love for bbqing and cooking. He is a great assistant. Then my twins, Sarah and Haleigh. They are a riot but a hand full. It amazes me how much they are two peas in a pod. They do everything together. It fun to just sit and watch them play. I can't imagine a life without them. What makes you happy?

Have you checked the knowledge base? It has a section on how to add weapons etc. F-106 didn't fire sidewinders.
