I lived in Mass for about 3 years when my dad was at Hanscom AFB. We lived in Pepperrell for awhile them moved on base. I started my freshman year there at Bedford High School. I am from Michigan and the Tigers are my team, but I have a special place for the Sox since it was the first pro ball game I went to and went to many others. So I keep a keen eye on them.

Well there is something called burn through range. It is when that the object is so close to the radar source that it will send back a reflection no matter what. In that case the F-22 is so close it would send back a reflection. @Caesar We sure did but its fun. @ Typhoid Learned something new today. Thank for that explanation.

Zur She flies really nice and yeah it takes some time to get transitional flight right. More testing in progress. Skins looks good too. For someone who doesn't like to map you sure do have good results.

The Bug pilot broke the ROE to get that shot after knock it off had been called. But the Bug community doesn't let that be known. So in essence he had to break the rules. Where did you read that at? That is not even remotely true. In every exercise the F-22 has been in against Hornets, Eagles you name it, it has "killed" them by the bushel load. Setting records to boot. That includes BVR and knife fights. In fact one of my AWACS controllers quotes a Bug pilot who said "Oh my god, you should see this maneuver that 22 just did to kill me......" I wonder if they would let me have a copy of that tape? Make no mistake, nothing in our inventory is "dancing" with the F-22 and surviving. Ask the Eagle drivers.....they haven't even come close to winning one yet.
