Can you be more specific? Whose campaign? DSB 1972? If so, some of those targets have german names as they were made (dramatic pause) a German so you are seeing the german name for the target.

unpack the file, then open the folders. Look for folders that have the same name as folder sin yourmain SF install. Then just drap and drop, say yes when it asks to overwrite. Does that make more sense? -
