  1. dear skinner, RAF no.6 sqn has recieved it's colors: http://forums.airshows.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=27033
  2. started working on the Tornado Gr.4 for SF2

  3. another idea that crossed my mind, can you make seperate F2 and FGR4 typhoons?, with the F2 having only air to air capability? or in Blocks: (like for example the F-16) Tranche 1 Block 1 : Initial Operational Capability and basic Air Defence Capability. Block 2 : Initial air-to-air capabilities. Block 2B : Full air-to-air capabilities. Block 5 : Full Operational Capability (FOC) by combining existing air-to-air role with air-to-ground capabilities. Tranche 2 Block 8 : New mission computers required for the integration of future weapons such as Meteor, Storm Shadow and Taurus. (Differences in the build to Tranche 1 related to changes in production technology or obsolescence). Block 10 : Software: EOC 1 (advanced multi role step 1) AIM-120C-5 AMRAAM, IRIS-T digital. A2G: GBU-24, GPS-controlled weapons, ALARM, Paveway III & IV, Rafael Litening III Block 15 : Software: EOC 2 (advanced multi role step 2) A2A Meteor A2G: TAURUS, Storm Shadow, Brimstone just a thought... thanks...

    that is a nice Tornado!
  6. @Raffy, this pack is for SF2 @xclusiv8, yes
  7. will there also be a SF2 version of this pack?
  8. p.s. if you need some info about the cockpit displays and avionics, i have it. email/pm me if you need it...
  9. wow, epic! is it going to be a seperate plane per nation? (like RAF Typhoon F2,Typhoon FGR4, Luftwaffe EF-2000 S/T) handy for nation-specific loadouts (raf ASRAAM / luftt IRIST) looks great!
  10. for those who want to know, yes, this one is also for merged installs...
  11. i think so, WOE is one of the SF1 series...
  12. having some bombs not showing up wit the E04 I and SE model, in the loadoutscreen. however, I can select them manualy, so I think it's a loudout.ini issue I think its the just GBU-10D and GBU-12D LGBs Installed it correctly, overwitten all previous stuff, including weapons loadout example F15I: Loadout[07].WeaponType=Tank610_F15 Loadout[07].Quantity=1 Loadout[08].WeaponType=Tank610_F15 Loadout[08].Quantity=1 Loadout[09].WeaponType=AIM-120B Loadout[09].Quantity=1 Loadout[10].WeaponType=AIM-120B Loadout[10].Quantity=1 Loadout[11].WeaponType=PYTHON4 Loadout[11].Quantity=1 Loadout[12].WeaponType=PYTHON4 Loadout[12].Quantity=1 Loadout[13].WeaponType=GBU-10D Loadout[13].Quantity=1 Loadout[14].WeaponType=GBU-12D Loadout[14].Quantity=1 Loadout[17].WeaponType=GBU-10D Loadout[17].Quantity=1 Loadout[18].WeaponType=GBU-12D Loadout[18].Quantity=1 Loadout[20].WeaponType=GBU-12D Loadout[20].Quantity=1 Loadout[24].WeaponType=GBU-12D Loadout[24].Quantity=1 Loadout[29].WeaponType=GBU-31V2 Loadout[29].Quantity=1 and in the weapon dir. there's a folder named "GBU-12D" GBU-12D.ini: [WeaponData] ObjectFullName=GBU-12D/B Paveway II LGB ObjectDataFile=GBU-12D_data.INI [shadow] CastShadow=TRUE ShadowCastDist=12000 MaxVisibleDistance=400 and GBU-12D_Data.ini: [WeaponData001] TypeName=GBU-12D FullName=GBU-12D/B Paveway II LGB ModelName=GBU12B Mass=245.000000 Diameter=0.258000 Length=3.300000 SubsonicDragCoeff=0.120000 SupersonicDragCoeff=0.462000 AttachmentType=USAF,JAPAN <-- F-15I has "USAF,ISRAEL,NATO" at most weapon stations, so that should not give any problems SpecificStationCode= NationName=USAF StartYear=1976 EndYear=2020 .... .... What am I doing wrong here?
  13. I think at Leeuwarden AB or an airfield near it there are also some trees on the runway http://sites.google.com/site/peterbezemernl/test/img00643.JPG http://sites.google.com/site/peterbezemernl/test/img00648.JPG and pictures of my previous post seem not to be working anymore (and cant edit that post) lins to them: http://sites.google.com/site/peterbezemernl/test/img00607.JPG http://sites.google.com/site/peterbezemernl/test/img00621.JPG http://sites.google.com/site/peterbezemernl/test/img00612.JPG its absolutly stunning to over over hi-res terrain, thanks!
  14. I thought I had installed this patch... Dont know exactly where this is, but I found this: BTW, this mod looks awesome, thanks!
  15. thanks all who made this!
  16. I soukld have read the readme "Created for Nato Fighters 4+ by C5 and Team" sorry...
  17. Looks great, I recently bought a MSI Nvidia GTX275, so I guess I will work... Question: is this release compatible with the NF4+ mod?
  18. Well, it works just fine on a merged install... except the afterburners, but i've already found some topics about that on this forum.... and if it does wreck up your game, simply delete the thirdwire folder in user\saved games and the game will probably work after that... (you lose your mods and saved games ofcourse)
  19. anyone experience with a merged install? I have the SF2 collection 2009 combo pack...
  20. ok, final update: after completely removing the nvidia drivers, rebooting, and re-installing nvidia drivers the game finaly works!!! so, Nvidia users, if you want to update your drivers, first remove the old ones, then install the new ones... thanks everyone, I wish you a good and healthy 2010!
  21. its just that my win vista is capable of performing dx 11 operations, I have a dx10 card therefore it operates as dx10, and dx10 is also still capable of performing dx9 operations... so, for example if you have a dx9 card and want to play a dx 10 game it wont work, if you have a dx 10 or 11 card you can play al dx 10 or older dx version games...
  22. i have this: [Mods] ModsEnabled=TRUE Directory=C:\Users\Peter Bezemer\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2 should I change it to: [Mods] ModsEnabled=TRUE Directory=C:\Users\Peter Bezemer\Saved Games\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2\mods ? EDIT: tried it, didn't work so far...
  23. thanks, going to try that out now... I am realy almost 'out of options'.... and 'cable' was some sort of joke, to keep smiling...
