Hello Charlielima, Sorry, but no, those aren't the stock pilots, those are the ones that come with YAP, and I repainted this one with a VA-145 helmet scheme. As far as the first AD pack is concerned, it should be out really soon. I'm working on the 577 plane of VA-25 that shooted down one Mig-17, trying some changes with decals, and it will be ok. I should release it next week or so. BTW, does anyone knows what were the nose numbers of VA-25 aboard USS Miday? It seems they're all in the 57x or 58x range.

Using Mppd's template as a base, I've worked on those two skins lately: A redone VA-145 AD-6 with correct Nose numbers (in the 5xx range): A pack of VA-196 'Main Battery' birds, during one of the 'Bonnie Dick' cruise, with correct nose numbers too (6xx range): I'll finish the VA-25 birds and will upload the pack as soon as it's done.

I say, you surely did forgot about the best beers in the world too! (Wasn't offensed at all, just a joke ) By the way, does anybody knows why it's Typhoon and not Typhoon II, like they did for the Thunderbolt? Well, at least, it's as beautiful as it's ancestor! -
View File F-100D 1/11 Roussillon Here is a skin pack depicting every F-100D flown by French squadron 1/11 Roussillon after 1966. Every aircraft has correct serial numbers and fuselage code. The belly of the aircraft, as well as the wings and tail was covered with a special coat to prevent corrosion, that's why the color is not exactly the same as the back of the plane. Templae by Sony Tuckson, internals and pylons by Sundowner. **ONLY FOR MIRAGE FACTORY'S F-100D(FR) AVAILABLE ON CHECK SIX** Submitter Corktip_14 Submitted 10/24/2007 Category F-100/F-101/F-102/F-104/F-105/F-106 Skins

I don't worry, I prefer a long-time project that's well finished and that looks like the real thing than a quick drawn one that looks vaguely similar to what it's meant to be lol. -

Hello chaps, I've decided to work on a couple of skins for the MF's French F-100D. My goal is to recreate every squadron which flew the F-100 in the French Air Force. The 1024*1024 skin is based on Sony Tuckson's template, and I've used Sundowner's internal parts. I'll have to ask 'em their permission before releasing anything. Well, here's what I've done so far: GC I/11 Roussillon, 1965. As you can see, after 1964, the bottom of the planes, the wings and the tails have received a special coat to prevent corrosion, that's why there's a slight color difference between the back and the rest of the plane. This could be observed on many pictures, as well as the anti-glare panel, wich was painted just in front of the cockpit: The belly of the beast!

ANG F-100D Skins

Yup, I know, doing some hi-res skins for his bird using his template and Sundowner's one for the internal parts. I'm planning to skin every French squadron who flew the F-100. I'm gonna ask him for the gear door ;) -

Nice skin Dave! BTW, do you know the meshname of the front gear door? I'm actually doing some French F-100 and I need to put on number on it. -

Well, uuh, no offense here sirs, but is it really meant to look like a Spitfloat, or is it just a thing you quickly put together to illustrate your comments? -

Thanks, I've tried to do it as close as it was in the movie. As far as the name's concerned, it's a decal, so that I could add any name to any plane.
