Hello guys, if ayone wants to continue in my work on N.17 I can send you the origial 3DS file then you dont eed any fake pilot method. You can even apply bump maps to it I believe so there would be better effect on the wing etc. Monty CZ

heh good one :-) to solve this problem check in your weapon editor what LOD is called for missile it should be 5V55K.LOD. (If somebody made korean mutation of the SA-10 then check what missile it sould use to find the right entry in editor - SA-10 is system which fire 5V55K missiles etc) Monty CZ

Hello all, I was checking how the AI can manage to fly this thing and on higher AoA it has problem because plane is turning from left to right (doing S turns with increasing amplitude) How to make it more stable? I can land it on HMS Invincible and take of from the deck without catapults but AI is in trouble. Monty CZ

FrankD the numbers dont have to be "adapted" for use in SF2 world you can use exactly what you supposed to. Differences in my ini and your sources are because I had different sources, If I remember only empty inertia I tried from lotus FSX version once and it wasnt good for me. I preffer feeling of aircraft ingame than exact numbers. I hope it helps you with your own FM work, but remember I do my FMs like a blacksmith would make a Swiss watch :-) Monty CZ

If you want to try gyro effect fly with S-199 :-) this plane isnt flying straight and level, trust me By my opinion you can model a lot of things in this engine. I wish I have knowledge of the NASA aerodynamics specialist and enough free time :-) Monty CZ

Wrench it maybe looks like something from 1960 but it is plane from today !!! :-) on my screenshots is it with cockpit but UCAV version is produced as well what about AST-2U Phoenix? (U in case of UCAV) and dont ask me why I am not to good in acronyms :-) Monty CZ

Ok little background story: three europian members of the NATO (Sweden, Great Britain and Italy) agreed to cooperate on a project whose objective is development of the light attack aircraft with short takeoff and landing, operating from aircraft carriers and land bases. Companies involved are BAE Systems, SAAB, Augusta. Primary roles for this plane is Recon, anti ship/submarine, CAS And as it did in the case of the Harrier, the Marines tried the machine and included in their equipment as well. I dont know how are the armed forces of listed countries organized so please advice :-) Monty CZ

Julhelm you saved me few hours of my life!!!! thanx a lot the oldest autoback was file just before I mirrored all the components the others two were from time I checked older files...ufff I am glad that I didnt open anthing else :-) It gave me the idea for the name: Phoenix, what should be the code? Thanx for the support I will look at it. I saved the file but with 3DS still open, left the computer for a while It was in sleep mode and wont start correctly...it said something that system need to be repaired (blah blah) and after that 3DS said that file cannot be open and my ini work wasnt saved either. I was "x%!&@{" !!!! because I lost 80% of UVW mapping with textures already done, animations, hierarchy etc etc. I dont like Win7 ! but maybe I will start again, because this concept is weird enough :-) Monty CZ

Julhelm as you can see from this point of view it is not so easy I dont want to affect that Lantrin thing on the left side (I designed it retractable) on the right side is cannon (not too long barreled because of the previous point) under the belly is 2 bombays and 2 exhausts from the engine 1st stage compressor for some aditional lift on slow speed. I think there is place for 2 external weapon stations for bombs or missiles with delayed ignition :-) Monty CZ
