  1. I am planning to release this as a part of a red pilots pack. There will be two more types of helmets, some variety in the flightsuits and two Vietnamese guys. I've tried to make an "opened" helmet but it looked weird and I scrapped it. However there will be a helmet with lifted visor, but of a different type - ZSh-7 (on the picture below)
  2. Do you have these lines in your <aircraft>.ini file? AvionicsDLL=Avionics70.dll AvionicsDataFilename=F-14A_AVIONICS.INI
  3. Is the MiG-29UB, a mock-up? These nozzles look strange.
  4. Iraqis have never had MiG-27, they had MiG-23BN
  5. False. I've never seen it The person below me hates telephones.
  6. The small display left of the HUD is a weapon status panel. I think, I have more detailed information about its readings at home. The small display right of the HUD is a threat warning display. It displays threat type and direction.
  7. A few months ago I started a thread about an 80's Afghanistan war campaign. I've done a lot of research and I have made acurate skins for most of the soviet units stationed there, but I didn't have much success with the terrain. So go for it Let me know if I can help you with something.
  8. Why not? It is quite distinctive in contrast to the common modern roudels (British, French,Italian... etc.), without being too flashy and colourful. And it's looking quite stylish and aristocratic - it is a symbol of the German military tradition, dating from 17th century if not earlier.
  9. It looks like a fake to me. I am not even sure this will fit to the rifle. The original AK47 bayonet is shorter with a differently shaped blade. Its sheath is made from steel, not leather and connected with the blade, it can be used as a wire cutter.
  10. Yes, my mistake. It shoud be "F-15A_COCKPIT.ini", "F-15A_AVIONICS.ini", not "*.dll". Maybe I need to get some sleep
  11. This cockpit is using the old avionics60.dll file. Download Mirage Factory's F-15A from here: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=2765, extract it into a temporary folder and get the cockpit files from there. You'll need: "F-15A_COCKPIT.DLL", "F-15A_AVIONICS.dll", and the "Cockpit" folder.

Tornado IDS cockpit repaint v.1.0 --------------------------- This is a repaint of AmokFloo's Tornado pit. I've recalibrated or moved some of the instruments, so make sure you are using the Tornado_IDS_COCKPIT.INI file included in this pack. I don't pretend for 100% accuracy due to a lack of good reference materials and engine limitations. Radar Ground Map mode works only in WOI and there is no Terrain Avoidance Mode so I hope TK will fix that in the upcomming patches. Credits: --------------------------- Original cockpit model by AmokFloo RWR Symbology by fractalnoise Installation: --------------------------- Extract it in your tornado folder overwriting all files. In your main tornado_*.ini file change the following lines: CockpitDataFile=Tornado_*_cockpit.ini AvionicsDLL=Avionics60.dll AvionicsDataFilename=Tornado_*_avionics.ini to: CockpitDataFile=Tornado_IDS_cockpit.ini AvionicsDLL=Avionics70.dll AvionicsDataFilename=Tornado_IDS_avionics.ini There is no .lod file included, so you still need the original model! --------------------------- Released under CombatAce Fair-Use terms: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=26131 The Trooper 13 Sep 2008

  15. Absolutelly true! I feel somewhat scared when I see 45 kg blonde chick driving a 3 tonne SUV, while she is talking on the phone with one hand and putting on her makeup with the other
  16. '89 Porsche 944 S2 3.0L 208hp at about 220 000 km Old, pretty expensive maintenance, high taxes and insurance, burns a lot of gas, but it is a fun to drive. Especially on the German Autobahn . My girlfriend hates it '03 Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI A lot more practical than the Porsche. Very durable vehicle. I drive it a lot. The only drawback is a bit ugly interior.
  17. Thanks, mate! This is exactly what I was looking for
