I do that, but since Wrench puts so many bonuses and things in his terrain rebuilds, I want to check those out without being shotdown. Not to mention I've always wanted to check out the south of the GermanyCE map. I'll probably release these joyride missions when I get the hang of building them. fouga, an airshow mod would be cool. And it certainly seems possible too.

Make an install to fly just for the fun of flying? I know this is a shooting game, but sometimes I just want to fly these planes around for fun. If I wanted to just say, fly a P-51 around a map without any enemies, would the easiest way just be to delete all the ground objects and aircraft? Would I run into any problems? And yes, I know there is Microsoft Flight Simulator for this sorta thing, but I really don't like it.

Fouga, you said in the F-35 release topic you're not 08 patched. Are you flying the B-1 in that same install?

I know why that happens on the F-16 page. When I uploaded the F-16Bs, I used .bmp rather than a .jpg images.

The most beautiful aircraft ever, is the Spitfire, hands down. Most sexy, well, that goes to the F-14. Since we're on the subject, can anyone explain to me how the F-4 is ugly? I can't see it.

MiG-19 is my nemesis too. Damn thing smacks my F-4D, 60% of the time. Killed me more than all other aircraft and AAA combined, apart from the SA-6. Did the US ever test a MiG-19?

I didn't really see any increase in my fps. It could be that there was no effect, or I can't tell the difference between 20 and 60 fps. Extract everything in the rar file into a folder. The key to get this thing working is to open the FPS_Limiter_GUI. If it doesn't open, you may need to update your java. Once it is open, click "search executable" and locate the .exe of the game you want to use this in. Change the "maximum fps" to what ever you want. I used 60. Click "create bat". In the folder you made that includes all the extracted files from the rar file, a new file named WOI.exe.limited or SFG.exe.limited or something similar will show up. Use that file from now own to play that install.

Eject. From how Fubar described it, that's the only way I can think of getting out of one, well, apart from avoiding falling in to a high speed stall in the first place.

After and hour of looking at the F1 schemes on acig.org, I changed my mind and went with a Hellenic Air Force Aegean Blue bird instead. It came out well. But, becuase of my inexperience, I did make some mistakes with the placement of the white underside, and there are some smudges and large paint buildups which cover panel lines. Have to finish one part of the underside, add some smoke build around the guns, and add roundles which I'm still not sure how to do.

Ok, new question. Now that I've been able to get the box to pop up asking for the DEM to popup, I've selected it (W100N90) and then it processes. However, the screen doesn't become "greenish" like Gepard says. Did I do something wrong here?
