Good advice, cheers. Hmm, afraid the sex option's out, no-one at present. I bob off eventually but it's still hard to get there. Then I wake up intermittantly. Got no major worries in life so it's not that keeping me awake. I do have two jobs at the moment, it might be that. One of them involves late nights so it could be messing up my natural circadian rythym. I guess that shift workers might have similar issues. Guess I'll bite the bullet and go see the Doc if it carries on. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions guys. Ordinarily most of them would do the trick.

Sleeping pills no way Jose, now that would be an absolute last resort. Tried TV, reading, counting, mantra's, horlicks, music, nothings working. Alcohol's out due to work\driving etc.

Dunno why but I'm really finding it hard to sleep lately, anyone got any good suggestions on something that's a sure fire way of getting into the land of nod ?

Actually though guys, I really can't think of anything more off-putting than cigar smoke. Yuk. I can stand normal cigarette smoke even though I'm a non smoker, hell I don't even complain about it, but cigars... :stink:

Well, seeing as none of us in my house can be bothered to cook tonight we've had Fish n Chips from the Chippy. Plenty of salt and vinegar, mushy peas and scraps. Doesn't happen that often...honest !

Adding extra memory is the quickest (and cheapest, at least here in the UK at the moment) alternative. That's what I'd do.

I think HOSM is an industrial estate now. Pity, that base has a lot of history. Yep buzzing the tower at BAe Brough and flying under the Humber Bridge, low level over Hull, then out to Ottringham VOR before settling in to a nice, easy ILS approach into Humberside.
