People working in the C-101 and the A400M, but i would like to get the Persuader

Mine is now stationed in Ferrol Naval Base, wich is around and hour driving from Santiago, so i was there a couple of times and i expect to be back again soon (recommended visit by many reasons), but i´m from Cartagena, at the opposite corner of the country, beside the Mediterranean. (For those who played Imperium II, New Carthage, also recommended for a visit)

The terrain on Iberia-Magreb is, AFAIK, frozen (no, i don´t mean seasoned) On the Lybian terrain i had some "scenario" in wich a fictional ATAF defended the Italian soil, including a variety of aircraft from the air forces wich, as you mentioned, didn´t play a significant role in the campaigns, including Hornets, Mirages, Phantom, F-104S, F-16s and Tornado ADV from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Turkey

Un poco off-topic, pero como anécdota creo recordar que una vez cuando Malvinas los dagger atacaron una fragata británica, le clavaron 5 bombas, de las cuales ninguna estalló, pero con un proyectil de 30mm alcanzaron una carga de profundidad, provocando un gravísimo incendio a bordo que casi acaba con el navio.

Well, if it´s about the balls requirement, i would think about Doolitle´s raid, or maybe Pearl Harbor (althought it was a surprise, hasty attack). Of course, counting the Kamikaze strikes as of a different kind. I have not a quite deep knowledge about the real circumstances of bombing operations in WWII, however, i would take the risk to fall in popular culture unaccuracies and place my money on Doolitle´s raid. Perhaps thier casualties where comparable to those of other bombing raids, and bomber crews of the flying fortresses who weren´t meant to survive (statistically) will rarely be credited thier sacrifice properly, as they deserved, but the unprecedented profile calls the attention upon the Doolitle´s Raid

Pato, aqui los profesionales también contribuyen en catástrofes naturales, tenemos hasat un mando conjunto de las varias ramas, la UME (Unidad Militar de Emergencias) formada para ello. En un partido de fútbol,hay policía montada, y para inundaciones, incendios y vertidos de petróleo, las fuerzas armadas se apañan bien. Respecto a la mano de obra de la delincuencia, a muchos delincuentes juveniles a losque ven remedio se les corrige metiendoles en el ejército, donde acaban de profesionales y hechos gente decente.

Aqui la cosa es profesional y va estupendamente. No se gastan recursos en mantener tropas poco eficaces, puteadas y con la moral por los suelos, sino que se da el mejor equipamiento, la mayor inversión, a unidades profesionales, bien adiestradas, equipadas y motivadas, y nos da buenos resultados, en el sentido militar. Desde luego, si interviene aqui, solo es por catástrofes naturales En el sentido policial, hay políticas económicas, sociales, disuasorias, represivas.... por ese orden. The western morale, the events wich wrote us, (WWII, Vietnam, Yugoslavia) didn´t pass by them, and are something about the wich they don´t give a s**t. That´s why the guy who cares the most about civilians is the IDF Apache pilot who is shooting at them- or nearby, not the fighter-for-their-freedom. That´s why MAD doesn´t apply to Iran and it´s such critical to stop this crap before it starts. Wonder how would the other side care about our human rights if they had our power? Even less than they care about "their" people, of course. Their lies, their lack of remorse, honor, shame, their way to get use of the good will of the people, of the civilization they envy and want to destroy, make me, personally, have no doubt that sometimes we, westerners, f*** things up, we have assholes among us, also, but we are not the mentally ill society. Acabo de ver el video del derribo, no estoy seguro de si era un Jet Ranger o un Fennec, creo que una vez vi a un fennec ametrallar a un fugitivo en las favelas. Respecto del armamento y la impotencia de la policia para enfrentarse a la delincuencia, mientras que haya negocio, los criiminales podran hacerse con un arsenal importante, del mismo modo que los terroristas se financian con drogas y es un punto al que atacar. No creo que sea cuestión de meter al ejército en estas acciones, pues puede ser una matanza impresionante: más allá de la buena intención que tenga un militar, por mucha preparación para operar en entornos poblados en acciones asimétricas, una operación policial debe ser competencia de la policia, y esta debe estar debidamente preparada para que ningún delincuente, por muy bien armado que vaya, se enseñoree de las calles. Luchar contra esta delincuencia-insurgencia se basa en lograr un gobierno decente , reducir la pobreza, más que nada dando oportunidades de salir adelante ( que se aprovechen, claro) y con los que nada funcione DAR HOSTIAS COMO SI PAGARA EL GOBIERNO!!!!
