Just wanted to thank the Mirage Factory for releasing these fabulous Fulcrums. I've been drooling over the teaser pics for over a year now, and the wait was more than worth it.

I just had an idea for how to deal with modern-day piracy. I don't know how well this would work, or the legalities of it, but what about bringing back some old trick from the World Wars: the Q-ship? Have the navy purchase a few merchant ships and arm them. The guns could be hidden in the hold or behind containers on deck. Then sail them through pirate-infested waters. When the pirates show up, drop the covers on the guns and let them have it. Rinse, wash and repeat as necessary.

@Boodipoo & Kukulo, I just downloaded, installed and bombed the heck out of a NATO airbase with the new pit. It looks great and can be used for all those early MiGs as well. Wonderful job, guys. I was just thinking, with the weapon lights from the Su-27 pit (with permission of course) and a more modern gunsight, this pit would be perfect for the Su-17.

Between this, the F-22, and now the Gripen,I am in sheer awe at the amount of work being done with this series. Hats off to the modders. I'm a relative newb to the SP1 series (been playing/tinkering with WOE since about January). I just found out about the squadron list thanks to this thread and added the Warsaw Pact squadrons from the campaign. Is there a Soviet Guards badge decal available anywhere?

I've been playing the game for only a week (just upgraded from a stone-age 333MHz computer). From what I've seen, Paladrian's Mig-21MF and the Su-27 'pit are my favourites.
