  1. Yorkshire Aircraft Corporation A-32A Wagtail - 6 Squadron, Royal Yorkshire Air Force, 1974 (created as a request for one of the guys at the What If Modelers website)
  2. Works for me! That's two cracking Kiwi 'what if's'. Well three really, if you include the All Blacks winning the World Cup
  3. @ Stary - Tasty looking preview shots!
  4. Su-27? Man, they really went off on a tangent!
  5. Cool. Just what New Zealand need to bolster their defences following the 1981 border clashes with Australia following the infamous Trevor Chappell underarm incident! All Blacks FTW? They need to put to bed their disappointing record since 1987. Incredible that they've not won it since then.

  8. Dassault Mirage F-1CT - 'Yellow Rose' Squadron, Texas Air Force, 1975 A more traditional fin flash and suhsjake's own Texan 'starbar' design. I like it!

  9. Almost certainly the newer DLC Mirage 3C LOD's are now being used instead of the older Mirage 3C LOD's originally called for. So you might need to edit the main data.ini. Some of the Hunters are similarly affected.
  10. No problem. Good news that's it's sorted!
  11. OK. The only other time I've seen that was when a skin bitmap still had the transparency layer on/in it. But that can't be the case with this tried and tested popular download...
  12. Skin bitmap names correct? e.g. An F-4B skin will not work on an F-4E unless you rename the bitmaps accordingly.
  13. Sometimes the 'upload' progress bar takes ages for the main file (screenshot is quite rapid) but eventually reaches the right-hand side and you think "Great"! But you have to wait until you compressed file icon shows up as well as the file name. Hope this helps!
  14. General Dynamics F-111G - Grupo 1 de Bombardeo, Fuerza Aérea Argentina, 1992
  15. Hookie's kick was between the posts. The ref should have gone to specsavers...

  17. SAAB J32S Lansen - Staffel 18, Swiss Air Force, 1961 The Saab J32B Lansen all-weather interceptor featured a more powerful RM6A (Avon) engine than the 'A' attack model and had a new Ericsson air intercept radar and Saab S6 fire-control system with armament initially consisting of 4 x 30mm ADEN cannon. Entering service in 1958 the J32B soon won it's first export order when the Swiss Air Force selected the Lansen J32S (S for Switzerland) ahead of the Gloster Javelin Mk.50 (essentially refurbished ex-RAF Gloster Javelins) and received their first machines in early 1960 when Staffel 18 re-equipped with this superb all-weather interceptor. And from later on in the J32S's career.... Oh. Big respect to Wrench for the Himalaya terrain (masquerading as the Swiss Alps).
  18. They're not too bad mate, really rather good actually, and as I really am a poor skinner (no patience, lol) I'll pass on that.
  19. SAAB A32D Lansen - Eskadrille 727, Royal Danish Air Force, 1969 When deliveries of the A32A (the attack version of the Lansen) to the Swedish Flygvapnet began in 1955 many NATO air forces cast envious eyes towards the Swedish Air Force and before long the Royal Danish Air Force had selected the Lansen as it's principal attack aircraft ordering 40 A32D's in 1957 for Eskadrille's 726 and 727 with the latter taking delivery of their first machines in 1959. An amazing aircraft the Lansen and I just love that big Rb04 missile!
  20. Happy Nation - Ace of Base
  21. Nice to get to know the Lansen again!
  22. Great upload. Love this aircraft! I'm in awe of Sweden's (and SAAB's) outstanding series of combat aircraft starting with the J-29 Tunnan.
  23. Both the roundel and the fin flash are from discussions at the 'what if' modelers website; I searched this site for ideas and used Bryan H's roundel and Cmdr_Blop's Texas Reach (AU Earth) flag as a fin flash but I might make slanted (left and right) versions for the F-4. http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,20541.0/highlight,texas+mirage.html http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,33014.30.html
  24. You can blame (Texan) suhsjake for this one, lol.
