  1. And old school 9Bs by ravenclaw...
  2. Cool skin ZmelliFahrdz... Annoying the Marines
  3. 9X color fix
  4. Open the JAS39C_Cockpit.ini and find this line: [CockpitSeat001] And replace the initial Position value with this: Position=0.0000,4.98,0.7 As for the second value you can edit it via Photoshop or any other image editing program that opens .tga file, or post a picture of the real VV and we'll see what we can do.
  5. There's a topic on this very issue, but I think you're confusing "tanks" with Vulcans and the like... tanks don't have a radar.
  6. weapons testing
  7. Now that's just awesome...
  8. Try moving the Y coordinate by 1.00 more of the cockpit position.
  9. Thanks Crusader, I'm just "loving" the SA-24s...
  10. And... I think now it's good to go...
  11. No worries... Found a photo from last November of the new VFA-14 "new look" Have to do some more tweaks though...
  12. Bullet over the Afghan sky Well, like the Super Hornet you can create a Tank model as part of the actual model, and give it a FakePilot (or that's how I understand it). FC would be of course the best person to ask. As for why? Why not?
  13. It'd be cool if you could do the "FakePilot" technique with the tanks
  14. I was locked up on the Black Sea map but no launch, will try it with the fixed files though
  15. Not really sure... I can do a what if for the E Hornet, but mind you the VFA-87 skin has been on my Hard drive for two years, keep putting this one off for some reason but going to finish it. I wish they could redo the model so I can texture the tanks (for some reason the tutorial by 331Killerbee just doesn't seem to work.
  16. Having a party...
  17. No problem and thank you!
  18. And I think I'm pretty much done...
  19. More VFA-14 work, touched up the spine artwork. I'm making a small update pack (rather than a whole big one) due to changes, but after this have to work on the CAG jet.
  20. I honestly couldn't tell you man as I'm still on deployment to Egypt. If they start showing more screenshots of those Hornets then they could possibly be working on something new. A lot of things need to be updated...
  21. VFA=14 Line Update WIP
  22. Well depending on the model PGMs were used even in the Vietnam War so I'd advise going to the Downloads Section and finding the Range Map (or ChampionVA56s version too) and spend some time there. Even us "Strike Fighters Vets" use it because it's great for a day of blowing up stuff just for fun. And that's another reason you're having issues, older PGMs were very (to this day anyways) crude but the basics remain the same though, so that should help you with those versions.
  23. That's because the SF series are "lite" compared to the DCS series. And remember that Thirdwire is only three people, as opposed to around 50 for the titles, so the "cool" features that DCS:A-10 has is due to that fact. It's not difficult, you just have to get some more practice.
  24. Oooh nice! I actually like the Skyhawk when I do DACT missions to keep me sharp, nasty little thing...
  25. Check your PM regarding that one...
