  1. Update I forgot to change for the stabs, as well. Now it's working, the plane is balanced. Thank you very much for your tip and help!
  2. I forgot to mention it (my mistake) , it was about the autopilot thing ! When trying to take off with autopilot it happens this. Obviously, when I am piloting the plane , it doesn't happens because I lift it before reaching ot 200 kts.
  3. I tried today an old file I had since 2004-2005, the SU-15 Fagon-A. It crashes right before to take off (the front gear wheel is in the air) at aprox 200 knt. In fact the right and the left gears break and after that the aircraft explodes. The AI planes CAN take off without a problem. I searched for this type of issue in forum but I found just the vice versa case. (the AI crashes and the aircraft you pilot can take off). If I remember correctly I think there was a workaround with the speed of the aircraft or an angle something , when taking off, or distance , I don't remember or maybe I remember wrong. The wheels of the plane, in case you are womdering are ok, meaning they are not sink into the ground or anything. Any tip to solve the plane crash ?
  4. It didn't helped changing the plus and minus sign, it still tilts, slower though, on the left side. Wrench, that thread helped me to fix the zoom in problem. My plane is not bouncing on the runaway. Thanks anyway.
  5. I tested a SU-17 model and is tilting , slowly, on the left side. Obviously I guess those many coefficients from data.ini file are not balanced as they should be. Any tip where should I start to fix this ? Another question: when someone makes a model in 3DMax those coefficients are generated by the software when the model is saved or one should calculate them (and after that , tweak them) after tabels , formulas etc ?
  6. I know it has been debated in the past. I read some of the posts but still there is nothing clear in my mind so I want , once again, to clarify this matter. The analogy of the matter would be this, if I got it right: If the aircraft model has NO attachment hardpoints (just in theory I mean) you can't attach anything, so you cannot attach launchrails. Capun or somebody else, I can't remember right now, said that there is a pylon of which you can attach launchrails of, made in 3DMax and it was a link to it. The link is no more available. My ask is to clarify the matter and if there is a solution (or a workaround) to add launchrails with a "fake" pylon or anything of that sort. I want to know where I can download that pylon and instructions to get it right, to get the job done. I asked that because I was wanting to be able to add a launchrail for air-to-air missile to some plae. I tried in vain , using all I could think of, to make some launchrails to work with that plane.

  8. My mistake. After spending some time thorugh the weapondata.ini and comparing the names with loadout.ini I discovered where was the cause. There were two racks with names almost identical , but one was for 250 and one for 500Kg and in loadout ini there was the wrong rack for the load. Thread close.
  9. I recently put into the game one of the Pasko YAK models and one of them, the YAK-28 brewer C exhibits something puzzling. In fact the config files I suspect , they do that puzzling effect. Let me explain: When use the default loadout.ini data for , let's say a strike, there are 4 FAB500 bombs loaded (I chose that load for STRIKES). If I start the game and go into air with the default load...the aircraft bay shows one FAB500 only.(and it is ONLY one when you fire the bom) There is only one , even if on the loading screen says there are 4 loaded. Now comes the interesting and puzzling part: if I flip that loading and MANUALLY load again those FAB500 they are shown correctly in the game (4 FAB500). Does anyone know why is this anomaly present and what would be its explanation ? Is there a solution to this ?
  10. is tha Is that an ask or a question ? That model was not made by me , I downloaded from this site many years ago because I liked the model in real life and I've seen it. I don't know who made it. If you want the model I can upload it. By the way, recently , Wrench said something about copyright for LODs etc. Now I am confuse if even I can upload something that is not be,longing to me. He said I can be banned from this site. I actually didn't understand much of what he said. His style is as if anyone knows what he is talking about, he uses abreviations etc , it's very confusing to me because I don't understand what is referring to somtimes. I am not American native language speaker and I rarely come here (from three to three years lol).
  11. what do you mean ? I read their policy and I understood that IF I have a user account there and password approved, I CAN download aicraft models etc What blackchannel are you talking about ? Who said anything about this ? If I understood correctly they impose for downloading to have an account only because they were receiving a lot of spam, at least that was what I read in that announce.Bottom line...I don't know what are you talking about. Maybe next time you will be more explicit.
  12. I need it for SF1 series. I noticed that your MI-24 beta file is for SF2 series. Does your MI-24 beta file work in SF1 series , too ? I didn't know about his site, sorry. If I did I woudln't be here , would I ? I sent a request for an account and I wait for reply, Faust_ helped me.
  13. Many thanks for that word file, it really helped. It opened my eyes where the real problem was (stall) and what parameteres were involved. More than that , it helped me learn other tricks , as well. I changed the following parameters in both wings sections (I used the values from Kfir-C2 data.ini file): - AlphaStall - AlphaMax - AlphaDepart - StallMoment - StallDrag - CLmax Aircraft behaves now much better when turns (no more bouncing on Y axis up and down), loses speed slower and AI no more enters into the ground when manouvring close to the ground. Thanks once again for the precious help.

  15. This model was here years ago, i didn't check if still was. I still have it in my WOI aircraft folder. This model was made before the 2008 october patch "revolution" so it act differently in the air , when pulling Gs, to put it mildly. I compared its data.ini file with the stock Kfir_C2 settings and I don't see much differences (I don't know where to look exactly the fact is) , but I bet someone with experience in modding , in creating models will know the differences and where to look. All I want is what should I change to make this model behave like others, normally ? That's all. is that doable ?
  16. Nope, it's not that. That mod is for contrails on Siberian sky only and it's experimental anyway. There are some shots in gallery where one can see that sun effect at sunset/sunrise etc LoL...well you are not the only one wondering that...

  20. Does anyone here have a HD (a full HD would be great) photo or more than one of a IAI Nesher ? I mean a Nesher with its paint camo, not a Mirage 5. I searched on the net and there are no HD Nesher photos. I want to make full HD loading screen for it so would appreciate your help, thank you.

  22. 1.I added the AGM-65 E Maverick which , as you know, it's a laser guided missile. The WOI weapon pack has two more Mavericks, AGM-65A and AGM-65B. I noticed that A and B you can't fire them unless a target is locked (I know they are not laser missiles) etc. I thought that the E model is the same, you can't fire it if there is no target (target is not lased), but you can fire it and, of course it explodes after 100 meters doing nothing. How can you use efectively a laser guided missile except adding a lasing pod on your aircraft ? 2.At my F-4 Kurnass I managed to make the 65A and 65B to appear into a three missiles rack (they can be chosen this way even if in the loadout.ini is a different scheme/pattern). I also , on the hangar screen can choose 65A and 65B into two displacement for each wing. If I add into loadout.ini the 65E it shows on the three missiles rack, but in all other cases I can't choose that 65E three missiles rack into hangar.( I checked the weight, the pylon can sustain it) Why is that ? What should I do to get three 65E missiles rack when ever I want into hangar screen ? (meaning to be able to choose 2 missiles or 3 missiles into the hangar screen)
  23. I tried them in WOI and they behave bizarre...to say at least. They kindda going up and then make a circle downwards and then they explode....In rest the skins looks fine....:D
  24. I've got a question about the waternormal.bmp file. The water is not upgraded as in WOI or WOV or even the Persian Gulf map yet. If I add a better bmp for that there is no change. What should I do to make the water as in other maps (its quality I mean) to show up or why it doesn't show up in this map ?
