    I find the Su-27 to be the worst opponent to face in NF4, which is what I mainly fly. Even though I've balanced the missiles and ECM in NATO Fighters, they still have the ability--which they were designed for--to ram through air defenses with all of those missiles. When they show up the best plan is to forget the strike mission you are on, dump your bombs and focus solely on survival.

    In SF2 series you can select BMP, JPG and one other format...PNG I think.

    In NATO Fighters you can fly the F-101C in the 1962 campaign. It is set up to fly several mission types, not just strikes IIRC.

    Would agree up until they added the belly tank...kind of led to a pregnant guppy effect. However, in terms of its performance, one of the most beautiful ever!

    They use a difficulty setting that is available to the player and which TK considers the baseline. Thats pretty different from throwing out physics alltogether.

    Yeah, that's one of many reasons why I can't buy into IL2. At least in ThirdWire games we know where we stand: The AI fly on Normal, and they don;t run out of gas, but other than that they follow the same rules as the player.

    I particularly like this one. In America we are really uncreative when it comes to tossing insults. We usually just prefix the nationality with G*ddamn or F*cking. So lazy.
