Ok I answer in english, a bit easier for me, I see you have used the whole nose as one "glass" object and created the struts with the TGA, right?! I tried it myself on other projects but I left this method for 2 reasons: 1. Some graphic cards have some problems like you have shown in your pics 2. the struts are still 2D I always liked the 3D view of struts, they give to it a more detailed look. I would work those windows out of the nose, make it solid and leave the windows as windows. Just a suggestion.. Monty so far great work!

So as I wrote in my other topic I want to add more details to the Ye-152M project series, so I came up with the idea of bump mapping. I saw some pics around with very nice results. Is there a tutorial out there where is explained how can I "paint" a good bump map? Or would someone explain it?! Would be great to set a new high quality standart for this series. Can imagine the MiG Alley MOD Team will use this technic in the upcoming stuff. Any help is welcomed best regards Martin

I try to find out, how can I make this bird look more uptodate for this sim, but it has such an easy and clean shape, that it seems nearly impossibel to add details to it. Will workout the GEAR a bit and some other areas but that`s all I can do. All detailed parts are hidden, Airbrake, Canopystuff Gearbay and so on.. if someone has an idea, all critic is welcomed...

I have now 3 pit versions for different Ye-152 versions this is now the first fitting test

I found another solution, but there mus be a way to say this damn Microsoft product not to use C: for extracting files?!

I need some help, I tried to install SF2 today and Windows told me that I haven`t enough space on C: to install this game, I choose G: as the install HDD and I now need to setup windows to a standart that files are extracted during installations to another Harddrive than C: I know it`S possible but don`t know how and all stuff I `ve found on the web doesn`t lead to the result I want. Hope here is someone who can help me thanks

So ich sehe ich habe den Modderstatus bekommen, die 3 neuen pits und es ist mieses Wetter ... glaub da geht das dieses We .. Muss echt mal SF2 wieder installieren, da die TSR herausgekommen ist und ich die gern mal probieren wollte.. hat die schon jemand?

Wenn du Lust hast, kann ich dir ein paar tricks zeigen, glaub du stehst vor dem Modell und weißt nicht so recht was ich meine und wie du das ding noch detailierter machen kannst ohne den Polycount durch die Decke zu jagen stimmts`?

Ja hatte noch einige zu beantworten, hatte auch mit Paladrian mal geschrieben wegen nem Pit für die Ye-152 ... ich habe 3 bekommen :-P Bin seit Heute erst wie oben schon steht etwas regelmäßiger online ... wer könnte da noch aushelfen?! Ich würde die Canbera aber mit mehr details versehen, smoother darstellen da das zur Zeit verwendete Model recht änlich aussieht. Weiß nicht was sagst du dazu?!

Hi Carlo Lust habe ich schon nur geht gerade mein Leben etwas in ungewohnte Bahnen... gerade nicht so einfach alles. Zeit ist das problem. Ich arbeite auch ncht mehr an meinen Sachen, soll nicht heißen ich mag dich und die Canbera nicht und boikotier euch beide im stillen .. habe erst Heute wieder angefangen hier zu posten. War recht lange untergetaucht im öffentlichen Forum.

Good said Dave What Im waiting for is the X-plane series from FC, the XB-70 for example and some more which name I can`t even remember F-103 or so... Still waiting patiently, they would poos me in the mood to reinstall SF2 again after my crash .. All I have to say is,some models are old and not updated, so who cares .. I fly them and like them, you can always make better stuff or just improve a small part .. but hey we play this now for nearly 10 years and we have tons of free stuff to play with .. Birds I have never heard before or even seen .. so I`m happy with what I have. If I don`t like it I don`t use it, If I can help to improve some stuff.. so I try it ... we will keep the birds coming and that`s a good fact!!!
