  1. All the (I'll be nice) older folks are probably shaking their heads in disgust. Snapple, 3 dates? Jeez, I'm going with the wrong people...
  2. Figured it out, it was the "-" in the link that caused it to malfunction. Well, thats what you get from x-plane.org webspace. ty Cowboy, for the pic and the hosting.
  3. Dangit, thats exactly what I did, but its not showing up. I'll try again.
  4. Alright, I'm an idiot, how do you get this thing to show?
  5. Tight, its goin into the sig.
  6. OMG, dude, thats awesome work! Release date, anyone?
  7. Damn straight,
  8. Our numbers are swelling, haha. But they remain low! Jeff, we declare minority status. We want a month of recognition, and all our poll scores should be inflated to reflect our past suffering.
  9. Yeah, it feels kinda good being the young-uns.
  10. OK, I feel so out of sync. Dagger, what terrain are you using? Can you guys forgive me if I've been spending all my sim time in Forgotten Battles?
  11. Just hope you fall into hers,
  12. I'm having IAF flashbacks.
  13. I hope it turns out just like the training. Good luck!
  14. I'm glad you guys were already working on it. No prob that you forgot to post. What'd be really great is to see like three categories of calendars: Military Photo, Civilian Photo and Flight Sim Screenshot. Every time I see a good (And suitably large) photo I'll be sure and link it, with author's approval of course.
  15. Alright, I guess I'm the only one. I'll be dusting off Photoshop soon then.
  16. CompSci III AP with C++, Visual Basic and Java. Its nice to switch around between the three every so often. cout << "Its' easy, too." << endl;
  17. Not Bin Laden, unfortunately. Just heard Bush say it, its 7:04.
  18. Yeah, the transition tiles are a bit tricky. I had a bit of fun making 'em for some generic terrain for X-Plane. The hard part is making textures that repeat seamlessly and still look good. If you guys can figure out how to add more terrain types, that'll be excellent. You could then even port in the terrain from sims like Falcon 4.0 or Flanker 2.5.
  19. Thats sick but oh so true. Anyway, good looking textures. BTW, I've wanted to know from the beginning, how many different types of tiles can SF handle? Seems like there are only five different 'sets' that you can modify. Lets see, in the original you have desert, mountain, farm, city and water. Not a lot to play with, having only four different land tiles.
  20. Where are the ground textures from?
  21. I used to subscribe to Combatsim.com, until they discontinued the daily news and the regular reviews and articles. One thing I really appreciated about Combatsim was the monthly calenders, and unfortunately, they can only be accessed by subscribers now. I was wondering if we might be able to start the same service here. Thanks
  22. Kinda funny, it looks like there are leading edge flaps on the horizontal stabilizer. Can't think of too many aircraft with that feature, lol.
  23. Hey FE, good ta see ya back.
  24. It makes me puke to watch Pearl Harbor and see Jimmie Doolittle played by Alec Baldwin.
  25. Under $15? Well then I'll probly pick it up. Might not be before my pre-ordered Forgotten Battles gets here though. Once I get FB, I'm not gonna be leaving my house.
