  1. After a crash, my Strike Fighters 2 Europe keys appear all set as unassigned. There's no way i can set 'em. Even if i bind them, they still be unassigned. I EVEN TRIED REINSTALLING THE GAME, and they are STILL all unassigned... I seriously have no idea of what to do, since this happened only in Europe and not in vanilla game or North Atlantic. There's also another problem: keys look "bugged" in SF2 NA, since i binded all of them, but some still don't work. As these won't be enough, they're bugged also because if i set a key for a specified control, and then i try to unassign it re-pressing the same key on another command, instead of unassigning the first command, it glitches and i can set two or more commands with the same key... this clearly bugged out Could you please help and tell me what can i do to "unbug" all of this mess? Thank you a lot guys, i appreciate your help so much
  2. i get it now the only problem is that i can't find it in saved games (i haven't that folder)
  3. But where do i find the mod folder? I have Win10 and i can't find "saved games" or directories like that
  4. Maybe that's because i install all five games in separate directories? Should i install them all in one?
  5. OH I THINK I GOT IT NOW So all those files (options, including controls, for example) cannot be find as soon as i install the game, I need to create a Mod folder, only then those files will show, correct?
  6. I run Win10 Home 64 bit and i cannot find any of those directories anywhere For example i can't find the controls files in the game directory
  7. What you mean i'm confusing I don't have the content of NA or Europe into my base game, i need to switch to them if i wanna fly the Tomcat or the Eagle for example Only my base game controls mappings "work" properly
  8. Hi everybody, I have a very big issue in Strike Fighters 2, which i also had on Strike Fighters Project 1 before: whenever a radio communication is given (wingman, HQ, etc...) the game FREEZES for a couple of seconds. I tried EVERY SINGLE THING (lowering graphical settings, selecting my dedicated graphical card as default...) Nothing changed. I discovered that the problem is related to the audio communications files, since i tried deleting all radio chatter files from SFP1 game directory, and the issue is gone, no more stutters or freezes. The only thing is that i can only play the game without any form of radio communications, just ambience, weapons and plane sounds... that's kinda bad SO, I finally found out the problem is related to these files, i tried changing the audio channels into the in-game settings, switching from 16 to 8, to 24 and 32... I don't need to tell you that NOTHING HAPPENED. In conclusion, what can i do? I'm desperate since i can't find anything similar on the internet, and no one seems to have my same problem, so i can't find any solution. I thought that it was related just to the old SFP1, since it could maybe have some optimization problem on newer machines... but the exact same happened as soon as i played SF2 for the first time. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP, and i thank you A LOT for helping me out, cause i really really have no idea of what to do to play it with radio chatter without being LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE Thank you all again
  9. I think i have a similar problem: even if if i rebind keys in SF2 NA, most of them still activate with original keys or others. How can i get to game controls files? Would it work remapping them from game directory?
  10. Where do i find the Mod folder?
  11. Where do i find that file? I cannot find it anywhere! And even if i unistall and reinstall the game, it still gives me unassigned to all
  12. Damn... i wish i could just delete the speech flies from game directory as i did in SFP1, what can i do? Cause @Wrench told me you can't in SF2? Is that sure it's not doable?
  13. I just found out that the only game where these "key bugs" do not happen is the vanilla SF2, where all keys are assigned and if i press an already used key to another command, the key sets and the one before unassigns, instead of "double setting" the same key for two different commands. These things apparently do not happen to me just in the base game... is there any way i can copy the controls files from base game directory to Europe and North Atlantic? Would it work or they'll still be bugged (like in NA) and unassigned (like in Europe)? Thank you very much :)
  14. i think so, i think mine is integrated i have no idea what is called nor i know where i can read it my PC is a laptop btw, and i can't upgrade it... isn't there any other way i can solve this problem? are you sure there's no way i can delete them?
  15. OH MY GOD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE! I thought i was the unluckiest person in the entire universe since i was the only one having this apparently "mysterious" issue. Ok so maybe i'll try installing it into SSD, otherwise i have no idea what to do, since i got a laptop and i can't upgrade it... Let's hope for the best! In case it doesn't work, it seems i'll have to fly without any kind of radio chatter or communications, since the problem solves to me as soon as i delete all "speech files" from game directory (at least it worked in SFP1, i haven't already tried it in SF2)
  16. I have no idea what my sound card is... i never had any problem of this kind with any game My PC is a laptop btw
  17. I got this problem: I run SFP1 pretty well, without any sort of issue. The only very tedious thing i have is that the most of the times a vocal call is given, my game freezes for like 1/2 seconds. This may sound like not a big thing, but TRUST ME, since this pops up for 8 comms given out of 10, this problem turns the game into UNPLAYABLE. And also (i got no idea why and what is the correlation with comms) almost every single time i shoot down a plane or i see an explosion in front of me, this issue happens. I thought it was a setting problem, maybe a graphical one, or something related to my PC, i could never ever though it was an audio file problem... I made many tests, but after several months of testing, removing all the audio calls files from the game files, i finally discovered what was the cause of those freezes: the audio communications. Even if the game is perfectly playable as it is right now, without any radio chatter, it would be nicer if i could play it with audio comms again, instead of just ambience, plane and weapon sounds, i really loved HQ calls, wingmen comms and radio chatter. I have no idea what could it be that "interfers" with the game and makes it freeze whenever a call is given, or even an explosion happens. Only removing all audio comms from game files the problem solved. Could you help me please? Any idea or suggestion would be great! Thank you a lot guys!
  18. Doesn't the NVIDIA GPU bugs out if i unistall its audio drivers? What should i do? I wrote my PC specs and also explained the problems i have in the replies before this one btw Thank you so much for reading those and helping me out :)
  19. Since i play it on Win10, i also had "low lag issues" as soon as i started playing it on my PC. I had to download those "ENB patch" files and select my NVIDIA graphic card as default GPU to play the game, instead of integrated one which made me play at 5 fps. The only problem now is the "radio comms files", which make my game stutter and freeze as i said before; the issue disappears as soon as i remove these files from game directory.
  20. I play on Windows 10 Home 64 bit I always had these "stuttering issues" since i started playing it on my actual PC, 'till i removed all audio communication and chattering files from game directory. The game has turned "silent" now when i play (there isn't any kind of radio chattering or comm) I hadn't any of these problems when i used to play it on my old Windows XP PC btw... My specs are: Win10 Home 64 bit - NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti - i7 8750H - 16 GB RAM
