Hawker Sea Fury FB.51, MLD 860 Sqn
By Muesli
Hello all,
Again a release of a Dutch paint job, I have used a skin by Tim Canada.
The Hawker flew with the Dutch for a while. The aircraft of 860 Sqn
were recognisable by their orange spinner and were stationed on
the aircraft carrier HMS Karel Doorman for a while.
The number 6 stands for the letter F, while this is the 6th letter
in the alphabet (! Yep, some creative thinking there) and it stands
for fighter or fighter-bomber. Other aircraft were stencilled with
the number 10, being the 10th letter (J meaning "jager" meaning fighter)
but I think these were all from 3 Sqn recognisable by a white spinner.
These were land based at naval airbase Valkenburg (close to Katwijk).
For now, enjoy!
PS: Thanks for letting me alter your fantastic skin, Tim Canada!

F-104G Italian Air Force 4° Stormo 1963
By bobrock
In April 1963 4° Aerobrigata was the first squadron in Italy to receive the Starfighters. Between 1962 and 1965 they kept the original paint scheme with bare aluminium fuselage and white anti-radiation upper wings. Alternatively also the upper fuselage was partially painted in white.
This skin is for the original Third Wire F-104G model only.

F-104G Italian Air Force 3° Stormo 1991
By bobrock
F104G 3° Stormo C. E. Buscaglia, 28° Gruppo
Operation Ace Guard 1991
On 21 December 1990 3° Stormo received the order to deploy six planes, in recce configuration, to the forward turkish base of Erhac as part of the NATO coalition, during the 1st Gulf War. Between 6 January and march 1991, in rigid weather (up to 25°C below zero) and uncomfortable conditions, the RF-104Gs flew over 300 sorties patrolling the turkish southern border.
The planes were painted in the standard NATO tactical scheme with low visibility markings.
The squadron insignia are four cats (of the former 278° Torpedo Bomber Squadron) and it's named after Carlo Emanuele Buscaglia, commander of a torpedo squadron during WWII. The squadron has been disbanded during the '90s and 28° Gruppo "Strega" (Witch, from the callsign used during the war) is now part of 32° Stormo.
This skin is for the original Third Wire F-104G model only. Installation instructions in the readme.txt included.

F-104S ASA M Italian Air Force 4° Stormo
By bobrock
F-104S ASA M 4° Stormo, 20 °Gruppo
In mid '90s Italian Air force abandoned the traditional NATO tactical camouflage for the air superiority gray, now in use as a standard paint scheme. ASA M planes were intended to be pure interceptors and air defence fighters.
The squadron insignia is the Prancing Horse used by WWI ace Francesco Baracca and it's named after Amedeo, 3rd Duke of Aosta, commander of the Italian Forces in East Africa, during WWII. The Gruppo insignia is a lion with the motto "Unus sed leo" (one, but a lion). In '99 it operated CAP mission during Operation Allied Force.
This skin is for the F-104S-ASA M mod available on Combat Ace and you'll need both JET-Z S/ASA mod available on his site (http://www.12packproductions.com/JetZ/index.html) and the original F-104G by Third Wire.
Installation instruction in the readme.txt included.

F-104G Italian Air Force 6° Stormo
By bobrock
6° Stormo A. Fusco, 154° Gruppo - 1970s
This skin depicts the tipical italian starfighter paint scheme used in the 70s, in NATO tactical camouflage with large national markings and big white numbers.
The Squadron was disbanded after the armistice in 1943 and reformed in 1952 as a fighter-bombers squadron, the insignia is the famous Red Devil and it's named after Alfredo Fusco, ace and Medaglia d'Oro al Valore recipient, shot down during WWII over Albania.
In 1965 154° Gruppo was awarded the "NATO flying safety" award, totaling 5000 hrs without any accident. Quite remarkable, since they were flying the dreaded Zipper!
This skin is for the original Third Wire F-104G model only. Installation instruction in the readme.txt included.

USAF F-4 Tailcodes for WOV
By mppd
Here is a long overdue overhaul of the USAF F-4C/D/E Phantom II tailcode decals for every Air Force Phantom squadron in Southeast Asia from 1967 through 1975 for WOV. Some 326 new TGA decals are provided with (hopefully) correct fin tip colors, canopy rails, tape lights, and intake insignias for a total of 62 marking schemes, many I have not seen released before. Also included are my F-4 serial number decals, plus a little historical info for reference.
A new squadronlist.ini file is provided with new entries, but none of the original squadron entries are altered so you do not need to edit any existing campaign or mission files.
I'd appreciate any input for mistakes/corrections and of course additions.
(The TGA decals have some reference marks on them also to allow anyone to use them to create new markings!)
Enjoy,
Mike Druzolowski

F-100D 1/11 Roussillon
By Corktip_14
Here is a skin pack depicting every F-100D flown by French squadron 1/11 Roussillon after 1966. Every aircraft has correct serial numbers and fuselage code. The belly of the aircraft, as well as the wings and tail was covered with a special coat to prevent corrosion, that's why the color is not exactly the same as the back of the plane.
Templae by Sony Tuckson, internals and pylons by Sundowner.

F-104S ASA M Italian Air Force 37° Stormo
By bobrock
F-104S ASA M 37° Stormo, 18° Gruppo
In mid '90s Italian Air force abandoned the traditional NATO tactical camouflage for the air superiority gray, now in use as a standard paint scheme. ASA M planes were intended to be pure interceptors and air defence fighters.
The squadron insignia is a stork delivering its "load" and it's named after Cesare Toschi, Medaglia d'Oro al Valor Militare recipient, for his actions over Malta during WWII. The Gruppo motto is "Ocio che te copo" (watch it or I kill you). In '99 it operated CAP mission over the Balcans during Operation Allied Force.
