This is a modification of RussoUK's VW 'Follow Me' van into a, well, "ticket tagger".
What started out as a joke in the SF2 forums, about not having enough parked aircraft; someone had made a comment about "maybe they'd been towed away for illeagly parking", grew into this little mod.
It still uses the basic yellow/black checkerboard skin, with the addition of 'identifer placards' on the roof, front, back and sides of the vehicle. Yes, the front ID Placard IS supposed to reversed, just as one sees on other Emergency Vehicles.
The vehicle's nationality has been set to "GENERIC", so it can be used by both sides. It's GroundObjectRole has also been set to TRANSPORT, which will allow it to show up on ARMED_RECON missions. If this is unwanted, I'd reccomend changing it to RECON, in the data ini.
Fairly simple install instruction are included; with data for Terrain builders as well, on how to include them scattered around maps as sort of an 'Easter Egg'.
Have fun with it!! And remember the 3W Parking Enforcement Bureau's Mottos:
"Move It, Or Lose It"
and, BTW, the fines associated with the ticket and towing are EXPENSIVE!!! They go up with the size of the aircraft towed. Plus storage....

Alvis Stormer HVM & Starstreak Missile v1.1

The British Starstreak SAM and the Alvis Stormer HVM launcher.
Starstreak is a British short range surface-to-air missile manufactured by Thales Air Defence Limited (originally Shorts Missile Systems), in Belfast. It is also known as Starstreak HVM where HVM stands for "High Velocity Missile". After launch the missile accelerates to approximately Mach 3.5, at which point it launches three laser beam riding submunitions. The use of three submunitions increases the likelihood of a successful hit on the target. Starstreak has been in service with the British Army since 1997.

Now in version V1.1 with some small corrections:
+ The optronics turret does not "crash" into the missile turret anymore.
+ The visual detection range has been somewhat bettered.
+ The thrust curve of the missile has been tweaked to improve the Pk.
+ The seeker FOV has been enlarged to ensure more frequent engagements in high angular velocity conditions.

The Artillery Firebase is friendly but can be easily converted to an enemy firebase.
What's included in this file:
1. Arty_Firebase.LOD - a converted groundplatte LOD from Mitch's original Factory Place. Drop it into the terrain of your choice.

bloodhound missile update

This is an update to the Bloodhound missile which allows the extra boosters to be ejected after use and also a much improved ( real world specs ) data .ini , there is also a minor model change aswell .

BM-14-16 Katyuscha Mod v1.0
3 files are included :
Add to weapondata ini.txt -> self explaining
BM-14-16_data.ini -> move into the Objects\GroundObject\BM-14-16 folder
BM-14-16.msn -> move into the Missions Folder
The Mod :
Arms the BM-14-16 Katyuscha Launcher with 16 rockets. They are TV guided due to limitations of the game AI, it cant handle unguided rockets launched from ground vehicles.
The Launcher has a minimum engagement range of 4 km and a max range of 20 km. Targets can be spottet out to 20 km.
The Mission :
Just a quick test mission. Hit autopilot , then use F7 key to find the BM-14's and watch them shooting.
This mod is far from perfect, feel free to fiddle around with it. Some explanations are added in the BM-14-16_data.ini regarding the main changes.
