This mod is dedicated to BPAO, nothing would have been possible without him.

Qatar Air Force operated 13 F1EDA & 2 F1DDA.

Covered unit :

Qatar : N°7 Squadron

F1EDA specifics:

  • R550, no R530, S530F, no AUF2, CLB4, no CLB8
  • radio-altimeter
  • Seat Mk10
  • Inertial Navigation System Sagem UNI47
  • RWR BK (1-12 GHz)
  • no AAR probe
  • Sycomor, Remora, Caiman, Syrel, AS37 ARMAT, COR2, CC420 pods capability

A big thank to all on Combatace and C6 forums that helped us solving issues we encountered.
Any omission in credits is totally unwanted, if I forgot somebody, let me know, I will correct this.

This addon is and will in all cases remain freeware.

Released under CombatAce Fair-Use terms.

  • top and bottom fuselage lights, taxi-light positions adjusted, color changed to red for top and bottom, flashing removed for position lights
  • compressed .dds bumpmap files
  • Collision Points and hitboxes corrected

  • landing gear deploy/retraction time adjusted 3s
  • Auxiliary Intakes animated

The Qatari Mirage F1EDA would be a great addition to the existing series. It adds "diversity" especially to the ODS simmers.

excellent work. but i will point out some stuff to be fixed.

on the right side panel, the F1C armement panel should be replaced with the PCN ( inertial navigation panel) , the one from the Super etandard or the 2000c will do.

next , the bomb spacing settings should be changed to allow a step of 10ms , instead of the two settings of 10 and 260 ms.

the addition of the approach mode will be a nice addition.

other than that keep up the good work.

PS : the Mirage F1CH rwr panel and the chaff/flare panel should be moved , the BF should be place just above the fuel mangement panel and the Chaff/flare one should be place in front of the throttle right of the SIB (volume control) panel.

We are aware of the cockpit "problems", but for now the incomplete/partial mix pit will have to do.

Further upgrades are planned, its a ongoing mod project :ninja:

Interval values are easy to modify ,they are in one of the topmost lines in the cockpit ini

IIRC, the cockpit we use with the CH is originally made for the F1CE.

Hello,

F1EDA should have the approach/landing HUD mode (activated automatically upon reaching waypoint #8 for game-generated missions)

Cant remember if I have added it to the C series, I had it "in test"... :blink:

Excellent and outstanding work as always Ludo.:ok: You are a great artist when it comes to creating Mirage F-1 mods. Of course, I do love the Mirage F-1, even do my favorite has always been the bare metal Mirage IIIC from the '60s I just call her the Brigitte Bardot of the Mirage family...
