IAI Lavi DATA, LOADOUT, COCKPIT & AVIONICS update.
I reworked the Data, Loadout, Cockpit and Avionics inis of angelp’s IAI Lavi V 0.9b to reflect an operational Lavi TC.1 aircraft. It is based on some extensive research over the last week on what the operational Lavi would have looked like in service. As well as correcting the various entries in the data ini that are for the F-16 3D model such as the formation lights etc.
Changes:
- Aircraft nomenclature changed to Lavi TC.1
- Almost all [FlightControl] figures to the results of the Lavi flight testing or program goals.
- [DetectSystem] and [RadarData] radar performance in line with Elta EL/2032 information.
- Empty Inertia figure from a Gemini AI calculation using TW Aircraft data plus CA forum information.
- CG Position corrected.
- Wing tip Vortex Emitters corrected to canard tips and wing tips.
- Fuselage ‘Viper’ wing root Vortex Emitters correctly located.
- Canopy opening animation fixed/ activated.
- [Engine] wrong data corrected for PW1120, F15AfterburnerEmitter used.
- All weapon station position, limits and types tweaked.
- 600 Gal tank positions changed to that in photo of wind test model.
- Correct shape fuselage 300 Gal tank added.
- Internal fuel tank volumes corrected.
- Countermeasure locations corrected.
- Internal ECM added.
- Bouncing on landing gear bug fixed.
- Formation and gear light positions corrected.
- Changed HUD texture.
- Loadout ini file overhauled to reflect Israeli weapons carried by their F-16 fleet over the years.
- F-16C block 40 cockpit used with modified view, sidestick controller removed and alternative symbology. The block 40 WAR HUD better reflects the larger physical Lavi HUD.
To install:
Drop the content into your mods folder and OVER-RIDE when prompted!
You MUST have angelp’s IAI Lavi V 0.9b already installed and you will need the Israeli F-16C/D/I viper packs installed for ravenclaw’s awesome weapons and probably his other weapon packs to.
